I really enjoy a lot of what i read in the quickstart. As a player of Classic Battletech and Alpha Strike, I couldn't help but feel that this is an alternative take on making an alpha strike styled game of battletech. What I appreciate the most is the the hard points/modules for all 6 points on all mechs and instead of only hitting these spots on a critical, they are chipped away each hit. I'd love a bit of a pitch why someone who likes battletech and alpha strike may enjoy this system. (Basically, where does this shine in comparison?) If this is already shared elsewhere, please let me know and my apologies for missing it.
