My card has been charged, but no survey yet :(
I'll have to forward this to Backerkit support, I'm not sure why you weren't sent a survey. They are out for the holidays, so I won't have an immediate response. But, I can add you manually! Be on the lookout for your survey, I'll send it ASAP so you can get access to the pledge manager (and your digital goods after the survey).

Okay, my card was just incorrect, but its been charged. A late charge won't effect the survey will it?
