I have an issue. My best friend got her package about two weeks ago and she got it ripped to shreds. We miss a book. I couldnt message sooner as I had to got o hospital for an emergency removal of appendix and my spleen. I can always show you how she got the package. Think next time If you do books a more stronger packaging is required.

I actually have never gotten an email from you, I have send 14 myself, when I had issues with my card I tried to update you all the time (it was new and for some reason stripe had issues with it and it took like to months to slove the problem). I have no idea why we don't see each others emails, I have never had any issues with other people before. I'll try to message you on instagram maybe?
