Hello Sylphy! I've reached out over the backerkit support on 2024-02-27 and then to the ironcircus support mail on 2024-03-11 and since I haven't gotten any replies yet, I'm repeating my message here: I made a mistake when ordering, which is why I haven't finished the survey yet. I correctly pledged for a PDF version of "Indiginerds: Tales From Modern Indigenous Life". But then I bought an add-on ("The Woman in the Woods, and Other North American Stories") and I didn't notice it was the soft-cover version. I actually wanted another PDF. Is it possible to change this now? I can pay the $15 instead of the $8, no problem. I just can't have it sent to me because of high shipping costs and high custom fees. :( Best regards!
Hi Niha, this should be all set now. From the looks of things it looks like two of your add-ons were listed as soft-cover. We've swapped both of them to e-book for you. Please let me know if this helps you!
