Um... so is the survey deadline in 3 months, or March 5th? Not that I generally wait that long to fill out surveys, but those are two vastly different dates and I'd like to know when my card's going to be charged.
Your survey will lock in your order for additional charges (shipping, more add-ons). You can be charged anytime after you submit your survey. Many times, I get a charge within 24 hours of submitting the survey.

Oops, I meant to add: in this case, the survey will allow us to make changes until March 5th, when the orders will be locked and our cards charged.
March 5th. Some people don’t fill out their surveys by the deadline so the 3 months note is a warning for them.
