Project Update: Regarding Support Emails
This is just a quick message regarding anyone reaching out via our email channels;
PLEASE BE PATIENT
There is no need to reach out via social media, DMs, Facebook, comment sections, etc. If you emailed us, we have received the email and will get to your message as soon as possible.
My assistant, Leah, will be getting to you all this week, but had her car totaled over the weekend when she was originally planning to answer the backlog of current messages.
Please remember we are an extremely small team with me in the warehouse daily with our small fulfillment team getting through hundreds of orders a day and we do not have the staff capability to answer emails as quickly as a major corporation, especially when fulfillment is the current priority.
