Oof, I'm so sorry. Sounds like a nightmare to deal with :(( Thank you for giving us an update on it! Your manu really dropped the ball here and it's no surprise there's a delay because of that. You're still working diligently and so I have no other worries besides being apologetic this is happening and in the way it is happening too. <3
Thank you so much for your understanding! This is actually not the craziest thing that has happened to me with a manufacturer, so I actually feel ok about it. Let's hope she will bring me back some good news. If not, we still have a plan B. Have a good weekend!
