I emailed Backerkit support, **which can be located by clicking on the "FAQ" tab at the top between "Community" and "Discover", then click "send us an email" on the right**. I am requesting a refund because I am over this, but I doubt that can/will happen. As a Glory backer who also purchased addons, I am around $300 US on this experience. There is ABSOLUTELY no reason we can't get FREE and TRUTHFUL communication on status. When some backers have received shipping information which means product is supposedly on the move, but then doesn't move over a long period of time, I believe no work is being done at all. So for those that have not received anything, what are we supposed to think? How long is that line of wait? It is 2 months shy of a year past the original promised delivery date and you don't communicate or answer questions. Hiding makes it worse, and worse it is.
