Salutations Mercenaries, my name is Aaron Hoyt and I am ecstatic to join the Cephalofair team as the new Community Support Specialist. I have over 24 years of customer service and retail management experience that I will use to maintain the high level of customer support and satisfaction that you have come to expect from Cephalofair. Gloomhaven captivated me from the beginning when it first thudded onto my game table with its blend of role playing, strategy, puzzles, and miniature elements. My origin story began at Gencon a few years ago. I was hanging out at their booth just chatting away with people, who were waiting for a look at or demo of this awesome game that I ended up spending 4 hours at without even noticing! I guess someone noticed because I have been a convention volunteer since and now I get to step into a dream job working with some of the best people here at Cephalofair. So to all my fellow Mercenaries I pledge to support you with all my skill and ability as you brave the treacherous streets of Gloomhaven, climb the icy peaks of Frosthaven, or wherever the lure of coin and adventure takes us!
