My father purchased my first Beginner trumpet for me when I was 8 years old, for $50. Then he purchased my second trumpet, an intermediate horn, for me when I was 13, for $200. At 18 I wanted a Pro trumpet. When I asked for $1,300 for a Bach Stradivarius, he said, I’ve done all I can do. So I saved up and bought it. 

When I got in my 50’s I had the feeling I needed to step up and get a better trumpet. I looked at a LOT of different trumpet makers. While looking on YouTube I saw a guy that Stood head and shoulders above everyone I’d seen. Jason Harrelson. A guy that knew how to mix Technology with with Customization And Playability. He will Always be my trumpet guy :-)
