We've got some revised sticker options and a question for everyone who qualifies for the Card Game Banner freebies:
Would you prefer four 3" x 3" square stickers
OR
One 3" x 5" sticker sheet with multiple stickers?
Whichever version gets the most votes by the end of Monday will be our Card Games freebie.
Additionally, we will create a new addon for anyone who wants to purchase additional stickers.
Wanted to give you an update on things. By now, all your cards have been charged, and Backerkit has sent us the funds. We have sent our files to our manufacturer for review, and things are moving along fairly smoothly. We are now waiting for them to complete the digital proofs, which, once approved, will then be followed by physical proofs before we move to full production.
Barring any issues with the files that we might need to clean up, we expect the game should go into manufacturing sometime in the middle to late July. So we are currently on time and on track.
We will, of course, let you know if we run into any issues that might cause delays. But we are fairly confident that you should all receive your games by, or possibly a little earlier, than our expected February 2027 delivery date.
In other news
If you follow our social media, you probably already heard this, but our previous game, Winter Rabbit, got some exciting news on Friday. We won Light Strategy Game of the Year at the Origins Awards. This is absolutely huge for us.

For Winter Rabbit, Cellblock 18, and Riposte!, we want to once again thank all the backers who have made this possible for us.
As it is getting hot in London we are hot on the trail of sorting out the next stages for Pipes.
Surveys will be coming soon, we are just looking at adding our other games as add-ons to afford people the opportunity of additional fun.
We had a very successful event recently at the NEC Birmingham where we showed the demo of Pipes to a massive audience.

Crazy Numbers
We had meetings with Ludofact, our German manufacturer, and we are awaiting the changed templates to be able to fit the artwork to the box etc.
Just wanted to fill y'all in on the recent going ons.
Money was received, the files have been sent, and the cards have been proofed!
Be sure to keep an eye out for the survey. We'll probably be sending those soon. You'll need to fill that out to get your game and get access to the pledge manager.
We'll also have a late pledge pre-order store available too!

First off I hope you all have a kick ass weekend! We are moving forward with the art, I have reached out to the pledges that need to provide me with information.
If all goes well we should have art finished in a month or 2 then we go straight to production!
Its currently Con season so Im crazy busy for the next 2 months and updates will likely be sparse unless something crazy pops up.
Moving forward with the Ki trackers and should have the preorder store set up within the week.
Pledge Surveys will be sent out after all the art is finished, so likely around 2 months.

I wanted to share a quick update on the Standard Edition decks.
As part of the final production review, I revisited the physical samples and compared how both editions handled during gameplay. One thing I noticed was that the Deluxe Edition decks shuffled more smoothly than the Standard Edition decks.
After discussing this with the manufacturer, we determined that the difference comes from the finish used on the cards. The Standard Edition decks were originally set up with gloss lamination, while the Deluxe Edition decks use gloss varnish.
To improve the feel and playability of the Standard Edition decks, I've decided to switch them to gloss varnish as well. This should provide a smoother shuffle experience while maintaining the look and quality of the artwork.
Production is now moving forward, and I've also requested a final quality-control sample before the full order leaves the factory so I can give everything one last inspection.

Exciting News! Survey smoke test just went out and soon everyone will receive an email from us with a link to your BackerKit survey. It’s important to respond to your survey as quickly as you can since we need this information to fulfill your rewards.

Please check that your pledge payment has gone through! We have a few stragglers so make sure you are not one of them.
We'll be sending out pledge manager surveys in the next few days. In the pledge manager you'll provide shipping information, and have an opportunity to purchase additional add-ons. After you respond, you can still go back and change responses until we close surveys on September 1.
And speaking of add-ons... We've added a new add-on! You can add Numberwang± to your pledge. This is a revised and expanded edition of Numberwang. Now the game plays 3, 4, or 5 players and includes some additional cards and upgraded components.
