I hope this update finds you well. I think this will be the final update for this project. 

Spain recently changed how they classify packages. As of January 1st, 2026, all international small packages must be sent PAQ light (15-20 euros each) instead of much more affordable letter mail (3-6 euros each). I explored other avenues but I did not find a lower cost option for an individual to send packages.

Due to this change, I spent 168 euros instead of the budgeted 60. Ouch!

Hooray! The final batch of orders were packed and shipped this morning! Everyone should have gotten an email with a tracking number. Here is my boy, Grey, making sure everything was in order.

Backers with a custom Cozy Town Resident Card will get an email from me this week to approve their art for printing.

There was a slight delay on BunBun stickers as the printer needed to reprint a botched batch, but all goods are in hand now! Everything looks so cute! I will start packing and shipping your orders this week.

They’re here! I’m so excited to see my first enamel pins completed! They turned out really cute!

- BunBun the Carhop vinyl stickers have been ordered and should be along shortly.
- Custom Cozy Town resident card commissions are still in progress.
- Cross collab sticker sheets from backing all three Cozy Town artists will be shipped out by me and I’m expecting them to arrive Monday.

So, with everything coming together, I’m going to prepare to lock shipping addresses so I can begin shipping as soon as everything is ready! I’ll give until Jan 15th for anyone who needs to make a last minute change to their shipping address.

Bonus kitten update:
Bebe cat has grown into a healthy, active, and beautiful lil guy. Some good friends of mine, with two cats of their own, have adopted him. He’s finally getting all the playtime and affection he wanted from another cat and loves his new big brother!

Shipping to the US is fast and my fulfillment center, White Squirrel, does a great job and ships out packages quickly so I hope you'll have your pins soon. If you live outside the US, it will take me an extra 1-2 weeks to send the packages out as I wait for them to get to me in Mexico first.

I had mentioned in my previous update that final shipping and extra add-ons will be charged, but I decided to wait a little closer to the possible shipping date. It should be going through shortly. Thank you for waiting.

Thank you again for supporting this campaign. I have another campaign starting shortly for Pintopia 2026. It's called Make a Scene and will be coming out the 22nd. I've been waiting to make this project forever(!!) and I'm finally making it a reality. I hope you enjoy the unique idea of creating infinite scenes from a large background scene pin and mini pins. The set will include 2 mini pins but you can use any mini pins you own as well (including the ones you may have purchased from Pin Pals Go to Work). I'm supposed to be getting samples of the pins any day (please customs, be gentle) so I'm excited to show photos and videos of how you can use all mini pins. I played a lot with ones I owned and a print out of the scene pin and so many look cute!

After the initial Forest Set is unlocked, there will be other scenes like Hot Pot, Magical Dark Forest, Fancy Tea Party and Library.

Pins are still in production. But I have a few photos to share! These are without the screen printed details. 

I think they are turning out rather nice. My factory representative also said they should arrive early January, so we are still on target for January fulfillment.

White Squirrel is super fast so once the pins arrive and everything is accounted for, fulfillment should take only a week or two. On my side over here in Spain, the number of parcels to non-US is small, so it should take a similar amount of time to pack and send. Before I initiate shipment, I'll send out a reminder so you can update your mailing address if needed.

Hello everyone! Just a quick update to let you know production of the BunBun’s Burgers pin set is under way! We’re currently on track for the early January shipping time.

I’ve made a mockup of the pins as they will look on their backing cards. There are minor art updates to BunBun in the burger joint. She now has her cute little buck teeth and blushed cheeks!

I’ll have more updates as I start completing the commission orders, and of course when I can share photos of the physical pins! Stay cozy this season! 😊
