Hello Peeps, 

I've seen there's some concern about the amount of time post is taking. The reality is once i post something i cant see where it is, royal mail (the uks postal service) does not provide tracking by default. 

I am aware that some post is taking much longer than expected, where as some post is arriving fine. I cant say for sure what is causing this, i imagine it is related to tariffs being introduced and the new ways that custom forms are being processed. From my understanding part of the reason the deminis existed was because the infrastructure to handle all the post didn't really exist, so i can only imagine some depots are overwhelmed. 

THIS is not to say i am ignoring the post that is taking a while, the scenario that is most likely to be is a lot of these will bounce or will eventually be delivered once they make it through the systems. If they return to me they'll be sent straight back out to you. If they go missing, i can claim the money back for them and you will have you things resent. 

I want to assure everyone that you will get your rewards, i know it has taken way longer than anticipated and i deeply apologize for that but you will get your rewards i promise.

Short update from me! 

Most parcels went out before it got turned off so everything should be in transit, if it does arrive with fees that you aren't comfortable paying you can refuse it and send it back 
it'll  get resent with prepaid. If you haven't heard anything, its either fine or your in the stragglers i didn't quite get out. 

Both Royal Mail and Transglobal express have introduced prepaid duty options for shipping! this means all tariffs paid up front (its working out about £1-2.50) extra on most parcels and marked as prepaid. This means they should get to you totally fine. For future campaigns you'll see this fee added onto your shipping at checkout but for existing campaigns im just gonna foot the bill.

The majority are fine with heavily reduced packing as long as I include a couple of business cards which I'll do! I hadn't thought about that 

I understand it's not the ideal for everyone but the goal is to finish asap! Tbh I haven't got loads left anyways just the final hurdle!

Hello everyone i hope we are all well

I'm still packing and sending orders out BUT tariffs have suddenly become a thing to be worried about again :> honestly whats said now might not even be what happens at the end of the month but we'll have to take it as it is for the moment. 

As i ship from the uk post 29th one of a few things happens, the most likely is import fees relative to the uk + items shipped. 

Obviously i know this isn't ideal and as such i want to try and get ALL my projects out by the end of the month,

I've put a poll below for you to vote on to do with this 

what currently takes me the longest is the packaging, backing the pins, wrapping the pins etc etc what i can do to speed up the process is drop the unnecessary niceness and simple ship the pins (and extras) in a bubble mailer without the extra. This does speed things up for me as i can just bag and label and go. This is currently what i would prefer to do but if its not everyones preference i'll continue to do the extra bit.

just popping in to say shipping is on going! I had an out of country convention last month so there was a small pause but packages should slowly be arriving! 

I've updated my backerkit profile with a status for all my projects as well as my contact email ([email protected]) backerkit regularly doesnt tell me when i get comments so any questions or concerns should be directed there!

Hello everyone! 

The pins are finally here!! They arrived by surprise yesterday I was not expecting them at all.  

Ive had a quick survey of them and they look great! I have still no clue what happened with Manu, they've reference again something happening but I haven't pried in case it's something personal. IDK

I'm going to start shipping right away! You've all waited long enough for these pins so I want them too you as soon as I can get them!

If you paid for tracking youll receive an email when your package ships with the tracking.

I don't believe there's any shipping delays right now, so international packages should take 2-5 weeks and UK 2-5 days hopefully.

Hello Everyone!

My manu is like 99% done with the pins, there's one that is being redone as the colours were off. They've told me, everything should ship in about 2 weeks (so once the final pin is redone) 

Everyone's address is still unlocked, so if you need to make any changes now is the time to do so! I'll be posting when the pins get here and that is when addresses will be locked so i can start shipping.
