Hello, popping in for an update! Sorry things have been a bit quiet on my end, I had to wait for all the surveys to finish so I could lock my final quantity for the bulk orders! Thank you for waiting!

The enamel pins have been finished and arrived to me safely in the US, I'm still doing inspections but I'm overall happy with how they turned out! Here are some pictures:
I started the order for the leather & vegan leather versions of the Pudding Bags, they will look slightly different from each other color wise due to the nature of the materials and custom painting!

Lining swatches:
The bag manufacturer had to wait a bit for the leather company to finish customizing the leather, they've recently received everything and have cut the pieces for assembly. They have started assembling the lining and internal pockets.
Regarding the bucket hats and socks, there were some slight changes to the documents I wanted to make to the drip shapes for the bulk orders so I haven't started those yet but I've been in contact with the manufacturers so those should get started this month!

Hello! The Pudding Party Collection campaign has successfully ended! Thank you so much to everyone who pledged, we were able to unlock a handful of things during the campaign including the Pudding Bag, 4th enamel pin, and 2 new colorways: Pink & Mint!
Backerkit has started processing payments and will continue to do so for the next week, please make sure to check if your pledge's payment processes successfully. Pledges that are not updated with unfortunately be considered abandoned and then cancelled.
Surveys have now been sent! Please fill it out, it will help me get an idea of how much inventory to order for each colorway and design. Backers who chose Pay Over Time during the campaign, you will not receive the survey until after your payment plan is completed. Once your installments are completed, Backerkit will automatically send the survey to you!
If you missed the crowdfund but are still interested in the products of this campaign, I've opened the Pre-Order Shop! Everything that was unlocked during the campaign is available to Pre-Order until June where all additional inventory counts should be locked by that point.

The Rainbow Tiger Boba Buddy bag has been re-designed as requested by my manufacturer. Let me know if you want to wait for the production of this bag to receive it or you don’t like the new face design/don’t want to wait and would rather receive a refund!!
It has taken awhile for my manufacturer and I to come to a conclusion of the Rainbow Tiger bag’s face design. When I first sent my manu the bag concept artwork they told me it was do-able but unfortunately as we came closer to producing the sample they informed me that the face was too complicated and needed to be edited.
I apologize for this situation and for the wait on this Update. Sadly this decision was out of my control and was unexpected. Here is the updated design:
I understand that this is a pretty drastic difference from the original design so I wanted to offer my lovely Backers the option:

👉 Please note that if you want to receive the bag that the sample hasn’t been started yet (as the edits have been recently discussed/finalized) and there would be an additional wait for the sample to be made, and the bulk order made/shipped to me.
There are no hard feelings if you prefer to receive a refund. I completely understand that the new design is very different from the original you were promised when you placed your orders, and therefore you may not like the bag anymore and prefer your money back!!
Please only vote in the Poll IF you ordered a Rainbow Tiger bag!! If the majority of people want a refund I will not be placing the bulk order for the bag and the sample payment I made for the Rainbow Tiger will go towards a different project instead. Refunds would be sent immediately. The Poll ends September the 12th (this Saturday) @ noon EST.
If the majority of Backers WANT the bag regardless of the edits I will give my manufacturer the green light to start making the sample, and a bulk order will be placed once it’s finished. I really appreciate your support on this project. I was on a trip this past weekend to vend at a convention but now that I’m back I will be starting to pack and ship smaller Rewards off to ya’ll!! If you ordered any of the smaller merch like enamel pins and charms you will be receiving a Backerkit email with tracking information for your package. If you ordered ONLY stickers they will be mailed in an envelope with no tracking.

I want to start this update with the best news and that is that the enamel pins have arrived last week, I made a group order with Alex (Water Pals) and she's the one who's got them at the moment, we already planned a way for me to get my pins on hands, however this will only happen on the 19th, due to our schedules, but as soon as I get them, I'll start working on your orders right away, to avoid any more delays. Backing cards for the pins have also been ordered and should arrive by the end of next week! In the meantime I'll leave some pictures below for you guys to check how cute they turned out!! 🥰
Set Backs
Unfortunately not all is good, the keychains for this project have been delayed, due to a misprint, I am however expecting the new ones to arrive within the next two weeks, which means that in the end, there should be no problem with proceeding with your orders at the expected time, since I should only have the pins in hands by that time as well.
Another issue that I'm trying to solve is the DTF for the black tote bags, unfortunately my manufacture somehow was able to ruin a full 8 meters of it, which I need to finish half of the black tote bags, I'm in the talks to get my order reprinted, and after that it should all go quickly since I use a local small business and in an hour or so the rest of the bags should be all ready for your orders!!
Card Charges
Due to my account issues I was not able to let you know beforehand, but you should've received a notification about your cards being charged, a few days ago, for the add-ons and shipping, and if there's been no issue your cards should've been charged by now! I did however check and a few cards have been declined, and I highly encourage you to check if there's any issues, so that your order doesn't get affected or delayed.
Shipping
Regarding USA Shipping, if you've pledged both Cherry Pop and Water Pals projects, you'll only pay shipping once, in this case, charged by me and your rewards from both projects will be sent together, to help minimize your shipping costs, please note that you'll NOT be charged shipping by Alex, for the Water Pals project!
Lock Addresses
Addresses will be locked once I've got the pins in hands, this means that you have about 2 weeks to check, if your address is right, if not you can still fix it. If you've changed addresses, you can also update it with your new address, there's no problem! 🤗💗
Surveys
Reminder that there's a few backers that have yet to respond to the survey, I have just sent a reminder to your email, and I highly encourage you to respond to the survey, so that you can get the goodies you've pledged for, as soon as possible!

Although what has happened is out of my control, I want to start by apologizing to everyone, because I know it’s been stressful for you all, for not getting any updates in the past weeks!!
In the past two months I have unfortunately been having problems with accessing my Backerkit account, what’s been a simple lag with the two factor authenticator, when logging in, became the reason to why I haven’t been able to access my account at all, which made it impossible for me to publish any updates and let you know situation point of this project.
After a lot of stressful weeks, I believe I was finally able to fix this issue during this past weekend, or at least to finally be able to access my account, and hopefully things will go a lot smoother from now on, with more frequent updates.
I’m currently writing a lengthy update to catch you up, on all the progress within the project, with lots of good news about the merch, which I’m hoping to publish by tomorrow, as I want to make sure no important information is left out, since during the time I wasn't able to access my account, several updates should've gone up, about merch arrivals, set backs, card charges, etc.
Once again, I’m sincerely sorry for any inconvenience that has been caused!!

My manufacturer and I are still discussing the Rainbow Tiger bag's face, my apologies!! This bag is by far the most detailed design of the bunch so unfortunately it's taking awhile to really nail down the final design while remaining true to the aesthetic and vibe of the original design. I will be posting the revisions as soon as we have figured it out! Thank you all so so much for being so patient! 💖💖
I have also noticed that some Backers' cards did not go through and process the payment for shipping/added-on items. Backerkit should be emailing you reminders to update your card information for this but I wanted to make an Update reminder as well!!
👉 PLEASE be sure to check your card information on your Surveys. If your final payment for shipping and added-on items does not process and I do not receive it unfortunately I will not be able to ship out your pledge items and you will not be able to receive them!! 😭
Once I receive the funds I will be locking addresses on your Surveys so that I may continue onward to start shipping out the small items (for those who pledged for only small items). You will receive a Backerkit email 48 hours in advance so that you can make edits to your address on your Survey in the event that you've moved, etc.!!

As of yesterday, ALL REMAINING ORDERS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED! I spent most of this past weekend and Monday packing orders at the speed of light so we can get this wrapped up and I am very proud to finally be able to say that all available orders have been packed and shipped and are now on their way to their forever homes! I've even gotten a couple messages from folks that their orders have arrived already!

However, there are still a few stragglers with unanswered surveys or failed payments. I'll leave these pledges open until next Friday, at which point I will consider these orders abandoned and will cancel them. If you haven't received a shipping notification, please go to your profile, click "Your Pledges and Surveys" and check if you haven't answered your survey or if your card was declined. If your order shipped, it should show up there as well and you can grab the tracking number that way :)
