We have half way through our next stretch goal and only 16 Backers away from our next achievement goals. A huge thank you to those who have pledged so far! I'll be updating a little closer and we can vote on what we'd like to see next as our incentives for our next milestone!
Storm at Raven's Nest has reached its first stretch goal: behind the scenes notes on the art of Raven's Nest!
The cover art and border were developed by Christine Gerardi, who went with a romantic / gothic / raven vibe to select the color palate and develop the designs.
The character art for both the humans and their dreamscape / animal forms was drawn by Tonkipappero. I have collaborated with this artist on other projects before, but this is the first time we haven't used chibi art. The more traditional character art felt like it better represented the book and mood.
The bookmark for the upper tiers of Storm at Raven's Nest was designed based on the cover. Artisan Melinda of MPDesignsJewelry is the bookmark designer.

How to make the couple look romantically linked when they're not kissing and Monica is sleep-deprived? The swirl of leaves in this image links the two love interests with a visual connection.
Our poll is closed, and you've all spoken - more of you are Team Hatter.
Which helped me make a decision, so thank you! We've met our first achievement, and are at $2000 in funding this morning. Which means we've unlocked a bonus chapter - one of the existing chapters from Reagan Through the Looking Glass, in Hatter's POV!
This bonus scene will go to all backers, as a thank you for tumbling down the rabbit hole with me!
And I have another announcement... There is a sequel to Hacking Wonderland called Dismantling Wonderland. This was partially released years ago, but wasn't available for long. I'd love to make the whole story available now. I can't tell you much about it because there are so many twists and turns in Hacking Wonderland that I don't want to spoil anything. So how about I say... This is Dormouse's story. IYKYK :D
So... if we reach 50 backers, I'll make this book available. Every backer will get the ebook version, and you'll have the option to add it to your pledge in paperback or hardback as well.
We hit our $1000 funding goal this afternoon! Thank you, thank you, thank you for your trust and support! I'm super excited to announce the upgraded original cover follower bookmark! It will now be not just color....but FOILED!! So everyone who was a follower and who backed a physical tier will get one.
So our next goal for achievements are 50 followers and $1500 funding goal! We have half way there in the follower count!
Also, I lowered the price of the Tuft and Thea Chibi vinyl sticker! It's now $5!
THANK YOU, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart for your faith and trust in me!
Congratulations! The Tale of Barathea and the Great Hunter has funded! That means all these rewards will be coming your way soon!
What to do now? Keep sharing and keep telling friends about the project via social media!
We have some stretch goals with some upgrades coming your way after the next $500! So stay tuned. I'll probably do some social media around the book as well, so you can look for that.
I am so touched by your love and support! You Stitchbinders rock!
I can't wait for you to experience the birth of Stitchbinding and Woolworsting magic!
