I was one of those 46 that had an issue with payment, because the card I use mostly for backerkit flags anything outside the US as possible fraud. Normally I can clear it with a phone call to customer service (24/7) but for some reason the service rep could not clear a charge from "France". I had to call the actual bank when it opened the next day to get it to be allowed through. When I did contact them I was told there have been several issues with fraudulent charges from France lately which is why it was difficult to clear this charge. But it is all sorted now.
