As the title states, I'm missing Coin Set & Handbook for the Player which was supposed to be included from the Kickstarter in my order.

Hey Team, I hate to be "that guy" but we're going on almost a month with no update on the plan for the growing number of missing items and I personally haven't received a response through any of the channels I've tried to contact through. It's a slight slap in the face that a new campaign is being rolled out and updated with radio silence on this one. At least an acknowledgment would go a long way. Any info would be appreciated, thanks!

Hi there. From the mock-ups I thought physical copy of Crown of the Heartbreaker would have front and back cover, but the copy that has arrived just consists of the inner pages. Am I the only case or is it the standard product this way? In other vein, Am I the only one struggling to read Beyond City of Skull? There is no inner gutter and those letters are hardly readable. Are all the copies like mine or am i the lucky one? It seems a rookie'es mistake.

Im a Complete Gamemaster pledge and my package arrived today in mid-Michigan. The coins are missing. Seems like a lot of backers are missing items. I hope you address this soon in an update.
