"The Even Deeper Collection" rewards mentions "all digital rewards". Does this include PDF version of adventure "the Hypogean Solution"?

I’ve had great luck printing on cardstock and laminating cards before. They wind up a lot thicker than professionally printed cards, but they are easy to manipulate comfortably. (Depending on the lamination thickness, they might be a bit of a pain to riffle shuffle.) As to format: * For printing, a PDF with like 8 up and cut lines is helpful. * For VTT usage, per-card face image files make import a lot easier.

The "included items" for The Complete Edition don't list the Index Bookmark, even though it appears in the picture for that pledge level. Between the image and the fact that it *is* listed for The Even Deeper Collection (the next lower pledge level), it seems very likely that it's meant to be. I would be nice to have confirmation, though. 🙂
