The fact that they don’t respond to direct emails and don’t respond to feedback about their lack of transparency, I’ll never support this company again and will let others know this awful experience. Folks are understanding if they have true transparency. Page art is nice but we are so far past the deadline that we are more than owed an updated timeline.
