The Far West RPG is a 276-page hardcover book containing rules for creating heroes and running adventures in a unique setting combining steampunk, Chinese Wuxia, and Spaghetti Western elements. Learn how to forge heroes wrought from iron and villains born of fire; track their legendary deeds and mighty exploits; take a pilgrimage on the dust road; and wield swords, sixguns, cog science, and secret scrolls of kung fu!
Western. Wuxia. WILD. Imagine: A fantasy world, but not one based on Medieval/Dark Ages European culture and myth, but rather one based on the tropes of the Spaghetti Western and Chinese Wuxia. Add steampunk elements. Mix well.
A fantasy world that’s The Gunslinger meets Storm Riders meets Deadwood meets Afro Samurai meets The Wild Wild West meets Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon meets Django meets Brisco County meets House of Flying Daggers and more.
A fantasy world that’s explored through a constantly-updated website, a tabletop role-playing game, a web series, artwork, fiction, comics and much, much, more. A fantasy world that is shaped by its own fan community.
FAR WEST is brought to you by Adamant Entertainment, a publishing company with over 20 years experience, producing tabletop role-playing games, fiction, music, and other merchandise.

A message from Studio2Publishing, fulfillment partners for Far West...
We're Studio2, fulfillment partner for Adamant, and wanted to say something on Adamant's behalf.
Far West galloped onto Kickstarter with a bold vision in 2011: a mash-up of Spaghetti Western grit, Wuxia elegance, and steampunk flair. A world where six-guns meet secret kung fu scrolls and frontier legends walk the Dust Road.
It was a landmark campaign on a young platform, one of the first to trailblaze the TTRPG space in crowdfunding. Then came production difficulties, a long delay, and admittedly-deserved skepticism that it would ever materialize.
But it did.
Gareth-Michael Skarka never gave up. Over a decade later, through persistence, heartbreak, and sheer creative will, Far West was finished. Printed. Shipped. Real!
Backers held it in their hands, and a once-lost dream became one of the greatest comeback stories in TTRPG history.
"It's real. Huh." "Well holy ****, this thing appears to actually be coming out." "I backed this project not as a pre-order, but to support an artist... and you did it." "I'm honestly happy for you."
Thanks to the unwavering support of the original backers, the sheer perseverance of a dedicated creator, and a little help from friends in the industry, we’re proud to offer Gareth's final copies from this historic, limited print run.
This is it! Once these books are gone, they’re gone. There are no plans for a second printing. Don’t miss your chance to own a piece of tabletop and crowdfunding history.
