Thanks to our new manufacturer, we’ve streamlined the process to ensure faster production and shipping. How much does shipping cost? Shipping is charged after the BackerKit is completed. It’s $5 per item. You’ll be notified of the exact shipping costs before finalizing your order. What happens if my order isn’t delivered by 2026? If, for any reason, your order is not delivered by 2026, you’re entitled to a full refund. We’re dedicated to ensuring timely delivery! Will my items be shipped together? Items are likely to be shipped separately. For example, if you order three bags, each will be shipped in a separate box. This allows for quicker processing and shipping. Do you ship outside of North America? This BackerKit is North America only, which includes the USA, Canada, and Mexico. If you’re located elsewhere, you will need to find a drop buddy in one of these regions to receive your order. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of these countries.

Ita Bags are made from faux leather for a sleek, high-quality finish with a soft polyester lining for durability. The Laptop Bag is crafted from premium faux leather with an embossed dragon-hide look and a soft, padded polyester interior to keep your devices safe and protected. Can I customize the window of the Ita Bag? Yes! The heart-shaped display window on each ita bag is designed to hold your favorite pins, keychains, charms, or collectibles, allowing you to create a personalized display. The window can be filled or changed as often as you like. Do the bags come with any accessories? Yes! Each Ita Bag comes with a keychain ring tail, inspired by the tails of Toothless (Nightfury) and Lightfury. While not detachable, the tail is securely attached and adds an extra touch of charm to your bag. Are the bags durable for daily use? Absolutely! Both the Ita Bags and Laptop Bag are designed to be sturdy and practical for everyday use. The faux leather exterior is tough, and the interior lining is made to withstand daily wear. These bags are made to be stylish, functional, and long-lasting. Can the Ita Bags be used for other purposes, like carrying books or devices? While the Ita Bags are primarily designed to showcase pins and collectibles, they are spacious enough to carry small items like a notebook, phone, or keys. However, they are not meant to carry heavy items like laptops or large books. For heavier items, we recommend using the Laptop Bag. Are the bags easy to clean? Yes! To keep your bags looking pristine, simply wipe them down with a damp cloth. Avoid soaking the bags or using harsh chemicals to preserve the faux leather’s finish. Will the bags fit in my wardrobe easily? The Ita Bags are compact and lightweight, making them easy to store in a closet or on a hook. The Laptop Bag is slightly larger but still easy to store when not in use, whether you hang it up or keep it in a storage bin.

BackerKit Crowdfunding is an all-or-nothing collaborative funding platform. Creators share their project ideas and set a funding goal with a deadline. Backers pledge money to help make the project possible.

If the project meets its goal by the deadline, pledges are charged and the creator moves forward. If it doesn’t, no one is charged.

Pledging in crowdfunding is a commitment to support the creation of a new product or project. Unlike a traditional purchase, you're not buying an item that already exists. Instead, your contribution helps bring a creative idea to life, and in return, you typically receive rewards (such as the product itself) as a thank you for your early support.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
