I finally recieved Images of the Mini Pins from the Mau and wanted to share them with you ;)

I had to think about the Effects here how they match.
Because at Luna Version I wasn't able to use Transparent Enamel for the bottom of the Glass, I decided to make it Pearly.

Wings will look a little different too: They will have a Geen Glow Effect. I personally love this Idea and I hope you do so too ;)
And the Dark Pink Glitter will be on the Outer Area of the Wing and Sauce on the IceScream will be Neon Pink.

Can't wait to see whats comming out there...
 

There are also some Luna Mothmen left, which File has been refined today, because I'll send both Versions to the Manu tomorrow.
And of course you will be the first ones I'll share the Samples with.

Hi, Cryptid Friends.

We are so close to having all surveys completed — only 4 surveys are still missing.

If you happen to be one of those three backers, please take a quick moment to fill it out.
Choose your pins, add any add-ons if you like, and confirm your address at the end.

Please also fill them out if you just have thrown a coin into the Tip Jar. Two of this Donations had the Status of Early Birds / +3 backed L&M Projects and would show shipping cost for the Mini Pin. One of the two cases already has been solved.
So just confirm by filling out the survey whether you want to stick with the donation or order something else.
If the confirmed survey shows that you want to stick with the €1 donation, I would remove the physical items that are responsible for the shipping costs shown. (Adding them back in afterwards would be a bit complicated, so I decided to wait on the answers.)

Once all surveys are completed, I will close them on March 9th 😉.


The first round of charging cards is scheduled for March 10th.
If it doesn’t work for you right away, that’s okay — you will still have some extra days. However, starting early next week I would like to place the production orders for Mothman and Jackalope, as well as their limited variants. 

Adress locking Date isn't set yet, it will happen when it comes to Shipping.

Orders from the Store that include not unlocked Characters are counted as Pre-Orders and will be shipped together with Items of the upcomming IceScream Cryptids 2 Project, that can just become reality with your help.

I also have something to offer for those whose carts contain items that will ship later:

I’m offering the option to combine the shipping of IceScream Cryptids 1 items with other upcoming campaigns you might want to back.

Returning backers of Part 1 who support my upcoming project:

... and/or IceScream Cryptids 2 (currently in development and planned for release later this spring), will receive a shipping discount on the remaining IceScream Cryptids items — in other words, the rewards can be shipped together.

This should work well because the combined packages will most likely stay under the 2 kg shipping limit.
If a package does exceed that limit, you would not pay the full €18 again, only the difference to the next shipping tier. (About 8-10€)

I'm sure to find a way to organize this for a manageable amount of Backers.
And it is very close to my Heart to find a solution that makes everyone happy in the End ;)

The Future of IceScream Cryptids:
Many of you may have already heard that there will be a second part to the series. ;)

I have now also decided that there will be a third part. More on that below.

As for part 2, in addition to the 9 cryptids from part 1 and the 3 Wendigo Skulls (Deer, Unicorn, Jackalope), there will be Big Foot, Werewolf, Witch Cat, and Pumpkin Pup and Places 1-3 of the  “Which Cryptids would you like to see next” poll, as well as revelations of new character Drawings.
More figures will appear in part 3, maybe around Halloween, maybe a little later.

Why this division?
1. I want to keep the gap between parts 1 and 2 of the series as short as possible. Since there are items with longer delivery times, which affects about half of the orders, it is important to me not to drag the whole thing out indefinitely.

2. I have already mentioned Beasts and Botanicals. But I also plan to participate in Printopia and finally publish my story (or at least the first volume) after a lot of hard work. So this year could become pretty sheduled - and this is just the art part ...
This year could bring more unexpected (hooopefuly positive) things.

I hope you can understand that and I do my best tho organize that all. ;)

After most Smoke Tests have been filled out, I decided to send out Surveys now.
No serious Issues have been found, and under the last Update I answered one Backers Questions. ;)
In the Survey you can choose you're Pins, and ad more Items to your cart.

You won't be charged untill Surveys close.

And for every one who missed the campaign: The PreOrder Store is Open!
(I tried to find out, why the button on the Project Page is missing, but I really don't know xD).

REALLY good News:
I've finally finished all the Pledge Manager Stuff and were able to send out the Smoke Tests this morning (in German Time it's 6.30 now xD)

Smoke Tests are a Test Survey, to check if there are no issues with the offical Survey. they have been send to random 5% per Pledge Level of you, so if you got one (Should be 8 People), fill it out soon and give Feedback if you find any strange things or mistakes.
I've checked them carefully, but you never know.
It is possible to add AddOns, enter your Adress and pay for Items + shipping.

Real Surveys follow at Beginning of March, in about one week, but stay open for a while.

What you may note and seems like a mistake on the first look: When you open the Survey and it tells you, your 
1. Banner Freebie Pin
2. Tip Jar Donation
3. Digital Reward (PDF Cook Book)

... "are all ready in your Cart ..."
They are definately in your cart, but probably not shown on the right side. I tried to let them appear there, but that caused that everyone (was qualified for the Items on the top) hat them in their Order List twice - of course that has been fixed. 

But if you worried about this, I can send you a scrennshot of this list. Just message me, if needed.

Oh, and the promissed "Prelaunch: 100 Follower Wendigo Unicorn Sticker" has also been added manualy to every Order with physical Items.

Note: If you backed the Campaign, please wait for the Survey to add more Items. (Count for the unlockable Items too.) If you would use the PreOrder Store additionaly, it would charge Shipping Fees 2x!

Hi, Cryptid Friends!

I finally did it! The PreOrder Store is in review!!!

Please excuse the delay - IceScream Cryptids is my first funded project, and when you see the Pledge Manager menu for the very first time, it seems like an overwhelmingly long list of tasks. I also wanted to organize the PreOrder store a bit, which took some time – but it was absolutely worth it!!!

I also had to update all the shipping prices, etc. So if anyone feels like playing a country code quiz ... now I know them all!
Uh, just a kidding xD


If everything is fine with the Store, it will open in 2-3 days. 🥳
How long it will remain open, I'll leave... open for now.

As you can see, only the first 9 pins are visible, not all 22.
That's because I'm going to move the rest to IceScream Cryptids 2. And I think it would be a bad idea to cram all 22 into the store. 

Yes, there is still a lot to unlock, especially with the pins, but I definitely want to give the pins a chance.

All stickers and recipe cards are freely available, and if you decide on a pin design, there is also an “XYZ Pin + Recipe Card + Sticker” option.

But the good news is: IceScream Cryptids 2 will be available soon.

The project will probably start in the spring, but if so, more likely in May or June - the date given is NOT final in anyways.
I also wanna start preparing for Printopia and an other Project is calling me too.
A little bit of private life and time to rest would also be nice again, even though I have recovered since the end of Pintopia.
