The clothing prints were dropped off at Flying Cloud Fulfillment on Friday last week and hopefully they can begin sending out physical rewards this week. They've had quite a bit on their plate this season. I'll send a final update when all shipments have left the warehouse. The digital scenario is almost done! Sarah is currently working on an amazing map and we're doing final touches on the layout. Backers who supported both ARKYVR and Darkened Hill & Dale campaigns will get this digital package delivered to them through BackerKit as soon as it's complete.

Monzon printing co received their materials last week and have already started printing orders. I plan to pick up the merch later this week.
Digital Rewards
I plan to organize and send out all Alewood Games digital rewards this week. "Stage Fright" with Patchwork Fez Games is still being written and finalized - Backers who have supported both of our Ennie Emporium campaigns will receive this bonus digital scenario in the near future. I will update as we get closer to sending it out.
Locking Shipping Addresses
Now that everything is falling into place, I'm going to lock addresses on Monday next week (August 31).
Fulfillment
The great folks at Flying Cloud Fulfillment are ready to receive our additional items. If plana go accordingly, we should be shipping out rewards by the second week of September.

It's been pretty busy lately as I juggle multiple projects and deadlines. If you're in the Baltimore area, I'll be vending at the Art & Collectables Expo (ACE) this Saturday (August 29) along with a bunch of amazing local game designers and artists. Come on by if you're in town, let's chat, and may be have a pint!
I just joined the Analog Union and published my first article with them last week. If you want weekly newsletters from a tightknit coalition of indie game designers (including past Ennie nominees/winners, publishing veterans, and punk newcomers that are shifting the gaming scene) talking about everything from new game releases to event coverage to design retrospect, come sign up! It's free and it's fun.
Been hard at work with producing and editing the 5th season of The Future of Art in America Podcast. It's a multidisciplinary podcast about artist business owners, how they navigate their life, and how they aim to build community over exploiting resources. We have weekly episode releases, monthly digital art-zine releases featuring works from out past guests, and quarterly physical zine shipments. We held a TTRPG industry round table a few weeks ago featuring 6 game designers and publishers to do the hard talk about how the industry is looking and where it's going. The smoke test came back alright, so I'm sending out the rest of the Pledge Managers. I'll send out one week and 24 hour reminders before closing pledge managers on August 10th. During that time you can:
Change pledge tiers
Choose hoodie/t-shirt merch designs and sizes
Purchase add-ons
Complete your shipping details
Pay any shipping/extra costs

It looks like the BackerKit transfers have finished early. I'm going to send a smoke test Monday morning and then the rest will dispatch soon after. Pledge Managers will close Monday, August 10th. Remember, these surveys must be finalized so we can secure your shipping address, choose clothing sizes/designs, and collect the funds for shipping.

July 30: Pledge Managers sent to Backer to adjust orders, complete shipping information, and pay shipping/additional costs.
August 13: Pledge Managers closes and we go into print production
August 22: Estimated time to complete hoodie/t-shirt prints
August 25: Begin pledge fulfillment with Flying Cloud Fulfillment
The timeline is estimated. If we finish printing early, we'll begin shipping than the projected date and I'll notify backers if the schedule changes in any way.
