1) We are in the 2 week period where cards are being charged, so there is one week left to confirm your card details and make sure your pledge goes through!
Reminder, if you do not have a valid card on file by next Tuesday, you will not be able to get your plushies/rewards!
2) I am working on creating the surveys for the campaign! They will be sent out next Tuesday after the credit card charging period is over. In the surveys, you will be able to chose your rewards and add on any other items that you missed out on in the campaign!
3) The final sample for Edgar is on its way to me! He should be arriving to me this week. Since he was not unlocked in the campaign, he unfortunately will not be a part of the add ons on Backerkit. HOWEVER~! Both Edgar and the other 4 Mini Dumpster Darling Keychains will be available for preorder on my website (Alpacasews.com) on APRIL 18th at noon est! All Backerkit Members will get FREE shipping on these items, so you will not have to pay for shipping twice!
4) In fun news! I attended Awesomecon this past weekend, and I got to meet some of you in real life! Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth and geeked out with me over pigeons and the campaign. Want to see me next weekend i person? We have unlocked 5 Dumpster Darlings and one Mini Plushie Keychain! Thats insane! I am so so excited about bringing these babies to life with you all over the next few months.
Now, we may not be reaching Edgar, which is a little heartbreaking, but! that does not mean that he is not being made! I will be listing him for preorder (along with any locked mini plushie keychain design) on my website alpacasews.com. Backers of the campaign will get exclusive discounts and free shipping for these designs!
The sample for Edgar is officially finished, and is heading to me! But, in the mean time, here is a photo of him from my manu!

Is there ideas on what happens with the plans for Edgar if we don't make it to $50,00? I think there's a decent amount of us in love with him and I know personally I backed for a plushie of him.

Since we are less than $300 before he is unlocked, I have added his add on! You can now choose to add a mini plush keychain of Bernard to your pledge through the add on page.

Once he is unlocked, it will open up our mini keychain add ons and pledge level! While Bernard’s sample is still in the works, I do have 2 of our mini dumpster darlings samples to share with you!

Bernard is still in the works, but these babies are just too cute not to share! Their final height has ended up being 10 cm (or just under 4 inches!) so they are a perfect edition to put on any backpack or bag!
They will be 15 dollars here on Backerkit, so once we hit 35,000 you will be able to add them to your pledge! Be sure to share the word about Dumpster darlings so we can unlock even more cute garbage cuties!
