Each standardpin will be polished hybrid enamel on metal (a mix of clear, hard, and soft enamel), two inches on it's longest edge, double pin backed, and be attached to a backing card.
As a reminder, these designs are mock-ups of what I expect the pins to look like when created with all their details and effects. Look in updates to know design progress or follow along in Discord. Pins may be altered to get the correct look and effects, and will do the best resemble the original art as closely as possible while fitting into campaign time constraints. (See examples of other similar pins at the bottom of the campaign).

Pledge to one of the rewards with the number of pins you want, choose add-ons if you want more than what is in the base tiers. You will not pay now, you will pay when the campaign ends and is fully funded and a second time before shipping to get a best estimate on correct shipping costs. This is all or nothing, and you will be only charged if we reach our goal funding at the end of the campaign.
When the campaign ends, I'll send out a survey to ask for the pins you want to use your funds for, for potential add-on items, and to get your address for shipping. While samples will still be in progress when the campaign ends, (we will work on wrapping samples up with as much communication as possible). Once I get the samples done, and the quantity of each pin from everyone I'll make the order for creation with my manufacturer. Production and shipping to me will take about four to six months generally. As soon as they arrive I'll begin packaging orders up and shipping them out.
As a note, you can always edit your pledge reward before the campaign ends. You can also up the amount for your pledge with add-on items too, or add-on stickers or other pins through the survey at the end.
Use our Discord for all the little status updates in manufacturing if you are into details, while bigor important updates will still be posted here monthly. Discord is not required to keep up to date with the campaign, it is more for those interested in all the little details that I don't want to add and bog down notifications with frequent smaller updates. That way things are easy to look through and find once the campaign funding is complete. Discord is not required for backers to get their orders.
Hops & Sakura Dragon stickers are NOT part of the ALL Big stickers add-on, but can be purchased separately.

If you are international we are able to ship to the EU. Most locations we can ship to, please see the shipping estimates to have an idea of what we expect it to cost when the time comes. .
USA: $5 - $8 (about $1 more shipping for every additional 2 pins)
Canada: $15 (about $3 more shipping for every additional 7 pins)
Other Locations: $18 (about $5 more shipping for every additional 7 pins)
Note these prices may fluctuate before pins arrive due to the postal service, but it is relatively unlikely. Prices will be based on package weight.

🌻 We can ship to the UK but will need to pay VAT or other fees. For some countries we cannot collect VAT for you, and you need to pay it when the package enters your country.
🌷Backerkit is an all or nothing platform, if we don't meet the funding goal for this campaign you will not be charged. Please note that these are expected to be delivered in December 2025 - January of 2026.

Two Months Later: Any backers that have not paid shipping will be forfeit of their pins 2 months after the campaign is fulfilled and will be subject to remaining stock. After that point, payment will be considered a tip.
Please check with your country's postal service if your reward does not arrive by mid-January. Contact me for item tracking information if your package appears lost in transit - more than 2 weeks USA from when it leaves my home. 2-3 months if you are international. You are responsible for any tariffs/import taxes that may be charged for your purchase that I cannot otherwise collect from you.
This is timeline is a long estimate; we likely will receive the pins far sooner from the manufacturer. This time frame takes in account any misprints or problems that may arise with pins, I will keep you updated to the best of my ability.
