At long last, Canada is open again for packages so I immediately finished the rest of the batch! :) That means.. all packages are done! DONE! AAHH!
The only remaining packages are ones that haven't finished their surveys yet. If you didn't get a shipping notification, please go to your pledge manager to check if your package was already shipped. If not, check if you finished your survey.

I am currently preparing for my next campaign, which is Wolf Pup & Friends! It is true to my usual illustration style and also based on a character that also means a lot to me. If you are interested, be sure to follow the campaign! We need people like you to make it happen!
I decided to push Series 2 to later this year since I wanted to get the prototypes done of the brand new characters first! This way, I don't have to rush through it. I am so pleased with how Anxiety Fox and Tanuki came out so I want to make sure you guys are just as excited for the new characters too! <3

I hope you are all doing well. We have been so busy with shipping (as well as finishing shop orders) but I wanted to give an update that all packages are shipped!!
The only ones left are a few Canadianbackers that had to be delayed due to the strike. I was told that the strike ends tomorrow so expect a tracking tomorrow if you didn't get a shipping update yet. I will include a few extra goodies for those orders too, to show my appreciation! <3
I cannot thank you all enough for your patience, love, photos, and just being incredible and supporting this campaign!!
Improvements for Series 2
For the next campaign, I will be using a fulfillment center in order to make shipping a breeze! We will also begin product testing some cute packaging so each Pocket Friend can be gifted and looked super cute!
The next campaign won't be until mid 2025 or so, but once we get a date, I will let you all know!

Thank you all so mcuh again for supporting this dream campaign! We are working hard finishing up this week! Once we are 100% done, we will make a Backers ONLY update that will give you an additional preview of the new colors, as well as.. voting!
We are 75% done and working hard to finish fulfillment by the end of the month! There is a chance that fulfillment may bleed into November since Rio and me got sick at NYCC and needed to take the week off to recover. Good news is that we are feel better and so excited to get back to work!
When will my package ship?
As a reminder, you will receive an email from Backerkit when your rewards have been shipped! The email will be titled:
Your items for Anxiety Fox Pocket Friends Plush Toys! have shipped!
The email will contain your tracking number! Please allow up to 2-3 days to see movement on the tracking. Rio and me ship in batches and once we finish each batch, we drop off each back at the post office. This way, we work much faster and see "small wins" each time! It is super effective for us.
I am an overseas backer and noticed that the package was delivered to Illinois, USA but I do not live in the USA.. help!
Don't worry! The package was delivered to a sorting facility and will begin its journey to you. At the sorting facility, your package will generate a tracking number that matches your local postal service. Be sure to follow the tracking with "AHOY" infront of it, with the email provided in the tracking email, and NOT the USPS tracking!
When will everything be available online?
Pocket Friends and the remaining accessories will go online on November 4th! Since we fell behind due to getting sick, we wanted to give us more time to prepare for the launch. As a reminder, you can sign up for the mailing list over at our shop at hellostrays.com ! The shop will also close on November 1st in order to prepare for the grand re-opening :)
New Colors coming soon.. !
We are currently working on new colors for the next batch of Pocket Friends that we are so excited for you all to see! The batch will also include new characters! We are shooting for a February launch date so stay tuned! The next update will show the available colors, that only backers (and Patrons) get to see.. so we hope you look forward to it!

We are 60% done with fulfilling all rewards, yay! Our plans are to finish fulfilling before the end of the month, so that can give packages more time to arrive for the holidays. Once we are 100% finished, I will make an other update! :)

They are tenatively available online November 1st through my online shop! It is currently undergoing a makeover.. yay! In addition to the Pocket Friends plush toys and accessories, the remainder of the other items like keychains, pins, lanyards.etc will be available as well. Other items will be available then as well and I will make a catalogue once I make the next update!

A new character enters the Pocket Friends line of plush toys.. Wolf! Wolf is a new character and it makes me so happy that they resonated with so many people. I already put in a bulk order for these plush toys so I anticipate them selling out fast! Again, the exact date + time will be revealed in a week or two.
