Its update time!
The replacement shaker charms are finally here! I've already gone through and counted/ quality checked all of them and they're perfect~

I'll be working on getting the last of your orders packed and out in the mail today/ tomorrow. Thank you all so so much for your continued patience and support on this project! If you missed anything in the campaign or want to add more of these charms to your collection, I plan on having all of these shakers available on my Etsy by Monday.

Good evening everyone~ quick update for you today:
All orders that do not include regular shaker charms have been shipped! If you only ordered opening shaker(s), inserts, and stickers your order has been shipped.
I decided to send everyone mystery sticker bags with their rewards in lieu of a single freebie sticker like I usually do. These stickers are from my B-Grade bin, and may feature small flaws in the print but they are all 100% waterproof! Feel free to put them on your waterbottle, car, or laptop!

The replacement non-opening shakers are in production! The manufacturer says these will take about two weeks to make since its such a large order, so the rest of your rewards should ship out in 2-3 weeks!

There are still people who have not filled out their surveys. If this is you, please fill out your survey ASAP! I have sent everyone who has not filled out their surveys yet a new survey link so please check your spam folders or message me if you can't find it.

Along with the replacement shakers, I have also ordered restocks of a couple of my more popular shaker designs, and one brand-new design! Keep an eye out for shop updates on my Instagram and TikTok if you're looking to add more keychains to your collection. Good morning everyone! Just a quick update for today:
I have re-ordered the (non opening) shaker charms and they should be done in 3-5 weeks. I want to apologize again for the delay, and offer to anyone who doesn't want to wait for the new ones the option to receive a b-grade version plus a small bonus instead of waiting for the remakes. If you would like this option, please send me a message on here, Etsy, or Instagram and I will add it to your order. If you want to know what makes these charms 'b-grade' please see the previous update where I posted pictures and detailed descriptions of the manufacturing issues.

There are still 3 people who have not answered their survey. If you haven't filled out your survey, please do it ASAP!

Please check your emails for survey reminders and for errored cards. I did have a couple cards get declined when I went to lock orders, this happens sometimes, and usually you'll just need to re-enter your info and it should clear. If you haven't seen a survey email, please let me know ASAP so I can send you a link for it. Again please do this as soon as you can so I can send out your order!

Some backers have already received their orders! If you only ordered opening shakers and insert packs I will be sending your orders out in the next week or so. When you receive your order, feel free to post about it and tag me in pictures! I would love to share the keychain + insert combos you've come up with!

Hello again everyone! Remember like, two days ago when I said the opening charms should arrive next Tuesday? Well DHL came through and they actually arrived yesterday! I've already gone through everything, counting, sorting and the likes, and it all looks great! I've even taken a few photos to get everyone excited:

I have noticed with the Bat design that the open area (tummy) is a little small and while each insert pack of three will fit inside, the flowers are a bit tight and won't bounce around as much as another pack will. All the other packs will fit just fine in the Bat's tummy but since it's a small space you won't be able to put multiple packs in at one time. 

With all the opening charms here, I plan on shipping orders out as early as Monday! I will also be charging cards today or tomorrow so please keep an eye out for an email saying your payment failed- sometimes glitches happen and you'll just need to put your card number in again.

I am still waiting to hear back from the other manufacturer about the flawed shaker charms so if you ordered one of those, it will be a bit longer before you receive your order. Again, if you are okay with a 'b-grade' shaker charm, I will send you one with a bonus gift instead of having you wait for them to be remade which may take between 3 and 6 weeks to make and ship to me. If you want to change your pledge/ order please let me know and I can unlock your survey so you can make adjustments!

Hello again everyone! 
Some good and bad news to share today- first the good news:
I received photos of the opening charms (and some inserts) from my manufacturer and they are on their way to me! I hope they'll be here early next week so I can take proper photos and videos of everything, but in the mean time I have some photos to share:

I also have a couple pics of the inserts though not all of them were photographed:

These charms have been shipped but since they are coming from China it will probably take about a week to get here. I will post an update as soon as they arrive!

Now for the bad news:
I have received the non-opening shaker charms (and Porcelain Beetle Keychains) and there were... a few issues with them. It seems almost every shaker has one or more issues with the manufacturing, with all the shakers having a slightly raised edge around both sides of the charm (not a huge deal but still frustrating) and many of them have other issues like having foggy spots in between the layers of acrylic, bad cutlines, and too- small acrylic pieces inside. Thankfully this issue has only affected the shaker charms however, and the flat/ regular acrylic charms look great!
I am trying to either have them all remade or get a refund so I can have them remade by a different manufacturer. Either way, it will delay any orders that bought a closed shaker by 3-5 weeks and for that I apologize. 
I would like to offer to anyone who ordered one of these charms the option to receive one of these slightly flawed charms plus a bonus gift, or if you prefer to wait for them to be remade I will throw in an extra sticker in your order for the wait. Thankfully all the issues are cosmetic and the keychains still function as intended, though I don't feel comfortable selling them at full price and I won't send out flawed charms without at least giving everyone the option to wait if they prefer one without these issues.

Hopefully the issues with these come across in the images, though some of it is a little hard to catch on camera. The issues and which shakers they effect are as follows:
Skeleton/ Ribcage: rough, raised edge on sides of charm; frosted/ bubble areas in between layers of acrylic (mostly in shoulder blades and neck area)
All Book Charms: rough, raised edge on sides of charm; bump in cutline shown above
Red Dragon/ Wyrm Book: rough, raised edge on sides of charm; bump in cutline shown above; front bookmark is semitransparent (I have no idea how that happened??) 
Bug Cookies: rough, raised edge on sides of charm; acrylic pieces inside are tiny
Bee/ Honeycomb: rough, raised edge on sides of charm
