That is a very fair and valid question! I actually covered it in the FAQ for SitW (linked below because I can't screencap into a comment).
The long and short of it is that I learned a lot from Dx & Dice in how to work with this new rep.
1) I had designs completed but they were not proofed or approved ahead of time. Finished, but not ready for production.
2) Our new rep was new, and she was not prepared or equipped to handle the sheer volume of designs I threw at her.
So for SitW (and all campaigns to follow), I not only had all my artwork finished ahead of time, I also had them proofed and approved with my manu rep ahead of time. As soon as I had the funds in hand and final counts, I paid for the orders. All pins for SitW are in production right now and are scheduled to ship from the manu by April 14, 2025.
Dx & Dice was a unique situation, and I've taken steps to make sure it doesn't happen again. <3
