Please remember if you're in either the "Send & Remind" (aka haven't filled out your survey) or "Charge Cards" (aka haven't paid), then your order will not be shipped. It is your responsibility to fix errored payments and provide a shipping address. Those five pledges will be considered donations if they remain outstanding by the time shipment is complete.
