Great News! Shipping has been officially restored between the US and Canada! As of yesterday, all remaining 12 Canadian orders were taken and dropped off at my local post office. Thank you so much for your patience, everyone.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS
There are still (4) stragglers who have not reached out to complete their surveys yet via Backerkit, and (4) people who have not fixed their declined payment. You have 4 Days Left, to update before I close the pledge manager permanently. The clock started 26 Days ago, and it's been 8 months since the surveys went out. Please, please look at your inboxes!
I do not have the storage capacity to hold onto rewards indefinitely.
REMAINING PINS
The remaining pins will go into the Etsy shop by this Saturday. I'll finally have time to start adding them, and I feel better about doing so now that the last 12 packages are moving on to their new homes.

I whole-heartedly wish for everyone to go into the new year with their bellies full, be well rested, and less stressed. Even taking it one day at a time deserves a massive high five in my opinion, so imagine me giving you one right now. <3
Most of this update will be for the last remaining Canadian backers, since I had a backer reach out for an update this morning, and I just wanted to make sure I kept everyone in the loop. So if you're not interested, you can scroll on down to the "OTHER NEWS" section. Canada we have GOOD NEWS and BAD NEWS.
GOOD NEWS Yes, the Canadian Union of Postal Workers' Strike is over...for now! It ended December 17th, which I have been keeping an eye on every day for this news, as most people with packages eager to get them out, have been doing. From what I'm reading though, things were not resolved and may start up again in May...but that's just a little FYI. I can't confirm whether this is true, but it won't be an issue for this project since it will be completed way before that.
BAD NEWS Just because the Strike has lifted, does not necessarily mean that everything is back to normal. Your postal union has A LOT to recover from unfortunately and they couldn't automatically go back into business as usual until the back queues of undelivered mail are taken care of. I'm even reading that some spots in Alberta are still feeling the effects. Due to the fires still being put out so to speak in Canada's post offices, The United States Postal System is STILL suspending packages from being sent, and no shipping labels are even allowed to be bought until they give us the all clear. I know because I've tried several times. Please rest assured, all of these 12 packages are ready to go... they're sitting in my living room, and I can't wait for them to move out lol.

There was a bit of a problem with a few of the remaining egg stickers. The last remaining ones were BADLY PRINTED, and even though they are sending me replacements and I paid for 2 day shipping, they wouldn't have gotten here until next week or later due to the holidays. I heard a rumor milling about that packages sent out any later than the 12th would most likely not make it in time for the holidays, so I replaced a few with another holo-sticker that I had of equal size, just so I can make sure that all remaining packages had the best possible chance of making it out if they were intended to be gifts.
CANADA
I am still waiting to send out my last 12 Canadian bound orders. Due to the Canadian Union of Postal Workers' Strike, the United States Postal Service is refusing as of Nov. 29th to take any packages bound for Canada until further notice. But I am keeping a close eye on the news. You are already packed up and ready to go!

EU CUSTOMS REFORM
Firstly, I have tried to get all rewards going to Europe sent out BEFORE the December 10th deadline which makes it darn near impossible to ship to any EU countries. I'm too small of a business to fund the necessary changes to keep shipping to Europe, and unfortunately for the foreseeable future, that also means that I can't open future crowdfunding campaigns to these countries. I have had wonderful Backers who have helped me from countries such as Malta, Ireland, France, Spain, and Germany, and I'm so sad about this unfortunate series of events. I'm hoping that there will be a resolution where small businesses are not put at an unfair advantage.
CANADA
I also have unfortunate news for some of the Canadian bound orders. Due to the Canadian Union of Postal Workers' Strike, the United States Postal Service is refusing as of Nov. 29th to take any packages bound for Canada until further notice. There are 12 of you left, and as soon as I can get the green light, your packages are out the door.

Just keeping everyone in the loop. I've been shipping out pins for a couple weeks, but I did run into an unexpected family loss last week that mentally took me out of the game for a bit.
I lost my sweet 11-year-old boy Raider to Cushing's Disease last Sunday, and my great Aunt on so there was a small batch of backers who just received a notification of their rewards being shipped, BUT they've already been delivered. I apologize for the late email...but it was already primed to go out and I had to send them out.
I'm getting back into motion and sending them out as quickly as possible, but I'm a team of one. Thank you so much for your patience. I'm estimating that they'll all be out by mid-December, before the holiday cut-off.
