WE'VE done it! Thanks to the extra funds we had after the journey, I was able to  thoroughly investigate these wondrous portals.

It appears each of the Phoenixes is attuned to one of the portals here. I've been poring over the books within the library atop the mountain and I believe I'm beginning to understand how to unlock these portals for travel! It's truly astonishing! I had no idea where they lead...until about an hour ago.

I was preparing this amazing contraption with a helmet and shiny metal gloves to venture through the portal myself. But Cosmo, ever daring, decided to fly through. Suffice it to say, I was worried, but in just a matter of moments Cosmo was BACK through the portal with a friend!

Another Galaxy phoenix, with a very different color scheme. I'm astounded! This is stupendous! You can't imagine what this could mean! There's so much more to learn about where these portals go, and it seems like there are more phoenixes for us to save on the other side.

We need supplies to remain here in the mountains, so I'll need to ask for your help once more. I'll continue looking through the rest of these books to ensure we can unlock each of these portals and find out who awaits on the other side.

I also have an inkling that I might find a way to send myself to your world in these tomes. Which would be wonderful, I'm so excited for the opportunity to meet all of you and thank you personally for everything that you've done.

It's been a whirlwind these last few days since the campaign came to a close. The Dark Phoenix was the last recolor to be unlocked. The others might show up in future campaigns.

We want to extend a heartfelt thank you for your incredible support and the trust you've placed in us to bring these phoenixes to life. Over the past few weeks, we've learned so much and had the pleasure of meeting many wonderful people here on Backerkit—from all of you to the Backerkit staff and our co-collaborators on Pintober.

We're truly excited about what's coming next, and we hope you are too. Cecil is taking a well-deserved nap right now, but he'll be back soon with his own message for you. In the meantime, we're preparing the surveys to go out, and you should see them soon!

We've also been working closely with a few manufacturers throughout the campaign and are happy to report that the molds are moving into production! We expect them to be completed within the next 7-10 days.

Hello, hello again, intrepid adventurers!

I have excellent news. Thanks to your help, we've released Pyre from the portal they were trapped in.

I could tell Scarlett (the Magma Phoenix) was fascinated by the second portal. She had been communicating with Pyre on the other side. With the supplies you provided and some volcanic glass from the Embershale Volcano, I was able to build a magic receiver to amplify their psychic signals. It seems some Phoenixes have gone deeper into hiding than I realized, folding themselves into pocket dimensions to escape the dark forces on the move. Once Pyre could tell that we meant no harm, they explained the incantation needed to open the portal.

Scarlett and Pyre have been inseparable every since Pyre was released.

I turn my attention now to the next portal. It's mysterious and dark and yet I am eager to see what awaits us on the other side.

I'm still gathering the resources I need to investigate the second portal. Scarlett seems very interested in this one. She has been communicating with an entity on the other side known as "Pyre." I'm building a device to try and amplify the signals Scarlett is receiving.

Please share our quest with everyone you know so that we can open the second portal and release Pyre!
 
In the meantime, I have been performing some some tests on the previous portal and confirmed that Cinder, Flora, and Cosmo are able to pass through safely. I even went through myself, though the experience was very disorienting to say the least!

There appears to be a guardian on the other side ready to receive the phoenixes.

She's quite large! Perhaps the size of a dragon. But with a coat of fur instead of scales.

I've heard the creature's name is Leia. She protected Cinder, Flora, and Cosmo during our test.

They are now back on the other side with us.

We are almost out of time to complete our adventure. In a little over a week, I'll return to your world with the phoenixes I've been able to locate.

While in your world I learned of sending spell called Social Media that lets you share messages over great distances to all your friends. This is a great way to spread the magic of phoenixes. Please use Social Media share our quest far and wide so we can bring all the phoenixes to safety.

Since this is our first pin project, we wanted to get a jump on getting samples done. We're testing a few different manufacturers to try and make sure we deliver the very best pins we can.

It's been a learning experience, but the Pintober community has been really helpful in providing advice on things to look out for.
