Since ancient times, sarcophagi were not only built to hold the dead… they were also meant to protect secrets, relics, and objects of great power.
This project was born from that idea.
Each sarcophagus is a functional 3D sculpture, designed to be printed in resin or FDM, and can be used to store dice, cards, campaign notes, or small treasures.

Every sarcophagus is composed of three main elements:

⚰ Removable Sarcophagus Lid The upper shell of the tomb can be lifted away, granting access to the interior chamber. Perfect for storing dice, small treasures, or important notes from your tabletop adventures.
🪦 Sarcophagus Base The foundation of the tomb where the relic rests. Designed to securely hold the structure while preserving the dark, solemn beauty of the sarcophagus.

During the Victorian era, the fear of being buried alive was surprisingly widespread. Medical science at the time was not always able to determine with certainty whether a person had truly died, and unsettling stories circulated about people awakening inside their coffins.
To prevent such tragedies, some coffins were fitted with an ingenious mechanism: a small bell connected to the inside of the coffin by a cord.
If the person awoke beneath the earth, they could pull the cord and ring the bell above the grave, alerting cemetery watchers that life still remained below.
These devices became part of what were known as “safety coffins”, a strange yet fascinating invention born from humanity’s deep fear of premature burial.
Over time, these bells came to symbolize the fragile boundary between life and death.
In this collection, the Death Bells pay tribute to those eerie Victorian inventions— small objects filled with history, mystery, and a silent hope…
the hope that if someone were to awaken in the darkness below, their call might still be heard.
