The PDF will launch at the same time as the hardcover. We go to print on Monday 14th of July (while this campaign is live) and the book should take about 4 to 5 weeks to come back to us. I anticipate shipping around the end of August / early September 2023.

It's an adult book full of adult themes and concepts. That said, it's all imagined violence, but there's drug use, smoking, and some really bad people in it. I'd not recommend it for anyone under 18 or who is sensitive to horror themes.

Eldritch has some pretty complex themes. While it's really very easy to insert into your campaign, the new mechanics require advanced DMs and players. I wouldn't recommend it for newbie DMs, but I WOULD recommend they pick up the book so they can prepare to add the rising shadow in their games...

The first few chapters are all new rules (the Dread system should sate any rules DM), and there's chapters on spells, monsters (a lot of) and some very nasty addictions. The rest of the book is all lore, so if you're a loremaster this book will excite you to the Underrealms and beyond... It's around 30% crunch (excluding monsters and spells, of course) and the rest is all world-building.

Only the project creator and the BackerKit Support Team can see your pledge and contact information. Other backers and the public cannot see your individual pledge amount or personal details.

You can change or adjust your pledge level and add-ons before the campaign ends. After the project concludes, cancellations or changes are at the creator's discretion and may depend on what stage the project is in.

Overtime Mode extends your campaign past its original end time to give backers a final chance to make their pledge. It will add an additional 10 minutes past the end time as long as pledges keep coming in. The campaign will end when there is a 10-minute period without any new pledges.
