Our survey has been approved and we're going to send out a smoke test first!
What that means is 5% of you will randomly receive the survey first. If you get the survey in your e-mail, please fill it out as soon as you can, and please report back if you run into any issues.
Once we make sure everything is working properly, we'll send the survey out to everyone!
Please complete your survey by September 20 to secure your backer reward!
Failed Payment
Failed payment backers will still receive a survey with Amount Pledged as $0, and a balance owed for their pledge, along with any add-ons and shipping.
Pay Over Time
Pay Over Time backers will automatically receive their surveys once the 4th installment is paid or paid in full early, whichever comes first.
Survey Preview
We are counting on you to complete it as soon as possible so we can place the order with the manufacturer once we get an accurate count. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to fill out your survey.
Step 1 - You will first see the pledge level you purchased. On the same page, you will be asked to select your shipping location if BackerKit does not already have it saved.
Step 2 - There are survey questions where you can leave a comment/feedback/suggestions (completely optional), and you will be asked to choose your pledge rewards on the next page.
Step 3 - Add-on! Here is where you can pick up some last-minute survey add-ons, some items are at 20% off MSRP!
Step 4 - Enter your shipping address and confirm. The shipping fee will depend on your location.

Will I be charged for the survey add-ons and shipping right away?
No, you will not. The survey is just to confirm the item selection so I can get a count of how much inventory to order. You can revisit your survey anytime to make changes before the lock order date. An email will be sent before your order is locked, so you will have time to make last-minute changes.
Payment information for shipping and any last-minute survey add-ons will be collected during the survey, but you will not be charged until a later date, closer to fulfillment. The estimated charge date is toward the end of October 2026. We'll update you before the charge via campaign updates.
