Survey Preview:
Giving you all a preview of the survey so you know what to expect next week. We are counting on you to complete it as soon as possible so we can place the order with the manufacturer once we get an accurate count.
Step 1 - You will first see the pledge level you purchased. On the same page, you will be asked to select your shipping location if BackerKit does not already have it saved.
Step 2 - It depends on whether your pledge level includes options. You will be asked to choose your options on that page, and you can also leave comments, feedback, or suggestions if you would like. This part is completely optional.
Step 3 - Add-on! Here is where you can pick up some extra goodies at 20% off MSRP!
Step 4 - Enter your shipping address and confirm. Shipping fee will depend on your location and whether your order includes a large 12" plush.
Survey completed. Will I be charged for the extra add-ons and shipping right away?
No, you will not. This is just to confirm the item selection so I can get a count of how much inventory to order. You can revisit your survey anytime to make changes. An email will be sent before your card is charged, so you will have time to make last-minute changes.

It's been a fun roller coaster getting everything rolling. Even though I've run a few crowdfunding campaigns before, this is only my second BackerKit campaign and my first time launching during an event as big as Pintopia. Now that things are settled, I'm so ready to focus on production and bringing everything to life.
Next Step: Pledge Processing
You'll start getting email notifications as your pledge is processed. If it doesn't go through, you'll have time to fix it before the surveys are sent. No worries, it happens. Occasionally, a bank will block a charge for security reasons, so you may just need to approve it on your end.

Thank you so much for voting in the poll! Even though it hasn’t ended yet, I've heard you loud and clear. I'll be making the Clicky Keycap Keychain available as an add-on during the survey process. In the meantime, I'll be working on the final design file so it’s ready for production.

I can't believe the campaign is so close to wrapping up in about 48 hours. Let the countdown begin! There are a few things I want to share in this update.
Keycap Keychain
In case we don't meet the goal, which is looking unlikely at this point, but you never know! I won't have enough funding to produce the keycap keychain as freebies. However, if you'd like to purchase it as an add-on, we might still be able to raise enough through add-ons to make it happen. I'll be putting up a poll to gauge interest before adding it as an option. The MSRP will be $12, but as an add-on, it will be discounted to $10. Please vote in the poll if you're interested. If at least 5 people would like to get the keycap, I'll make it happen!
Survey Timeline

A quick update about the campaign. Chinese New Year is coming up soon, so the factories in China will be closed for about two weeks. I'm trying to get ahead of everything now so we can move straight into production once they reopen.
I've started the mold production for the enamel pin, so they can work on the samples for us. A sample is basically a preview of how the pin will look before going into mass production, just to make sure the colors and details are all correct. I'll share them as soon as I get them! I'm so excited for my first soft dyed enamel pin series! I added our new logo backstamp on the back for authenticity. <3
I've finally gotten around to creating the back design of the backcard for the sticker sheet! I also made a poll so you can tell me which color you like the most. Please cast your vote! :D
Everyone… I woke up this morning, saw the amount of support pouring in, and honestly got emotional. Thank you for loving my designs and for believing in this project. I still can’t wrap my head around the fact that we’ve passed $5k and crossed 100 backers! 💜
I’ve also been thinking hard about what fun freebies I could give you all as we keep growing, and last night I stayed up working on a concept mockup that I think would be really fun! It’s going to be our very first Light Up Clicky Keycap Keychain, a brand‑new product line for us!
Once we hit the $10k mark, we’ll unlock our first stretch goal, and that amount will cover all of the initial manufacturing expenses. And when we hit that milestone, any backers who pledge $30+ will get our very first Light Up Clicky Keycap Keychain as a thank‑you gift.
