We will be locking the orders periodically starting on November 1st, so please complete your survey by the 31st. You can still change your shipping address even if the orders are locked, but you cannot adjust any add-ons.

When will I get charged for the shipping fee and add-ons?
You’ll be charged a few weeks before the shipping date. We’ll post a project update to notify you before your card is charged. The estimated charge date is November 31st.
I’ve completed the survey. What else should I do?
You’re ahead of the game! There’s nothing else you need to do right now. However, it’s a good idea to double-check that your credit card and shipping address are correct to avoid any delays later.
