Shipping will be by the fastest and most efficient method available at the time of fulfilment and will include tracking. All costs are subject to change based on postal rates at the time of shipping. ALL SHIPPING WILL BE CHARGED AFTER THE CAMPAIGN AT A LATER DATE through your BackerKit survey! This is to ensure we get the best prices possible.
For any international backers, we will do everything in our power to keep costs low. We'll also ensure we fill out your country's customs forms correctly to abide by local shipping laws. We'll mark all packages with their correct value and denote the contents as sold goods. There are also a number of locations we cannot ship to! Please check the list before making your pledge.

Manufacturing
With five successful campaigns under our belt (Quest Chest, Fungal Familiars, Witch's Kitchen, Fey Friends and Familiar Tales), we're no strangers to manufacturing! We'll be using manufacturers that we're familiar with, but please do remember that issues and delays can still happen.
We will always be fully transparent with you every step of the way. Any delays, disruptions or even good news will be shared quickly, and up front.
It's important to be aware that while we have experience in this arena, and we're an established group of artists, this is still a crowdfunded campaign. Campaigns like this are sometimes struck with delays due to unforeseen circumstances. It's very important to understand that money pledged to any crowdfunded campaign is a donation or investment. BackerKit is not an online store and you will not immediately receive your rewards after pledging.
Please note that minor changes may occur in production, and that the images presented here are prototype designs. There is a possibility of slight changes in color and size in the physical item.
An important note about color and size.
Different computers, phones, and other devices have different screen settings which means coloration may vary between screens. We use a Pantone Solid Coated book to choose colors. Our manufacturers use those Pantone numbers to know which colors to apply.
Refunds or Exchanges
After the campaign has ended, you will have ample time to make your design selections in your BackerKit survey. You will be notified before surveys are locked down and any add-ons are charged. Once your order is locked down, we have a no refunds or exchanges policy. The only time we will issue a refund or replacement is in extenuating circumstances, or if your reward arrives damaged. If you believe your reward was damaged in transit, please reach out to us and attach photos of the damaged reward.
Forfeiture of Rewards
Once project shipping is completed backers will be notified via a campaign update. This campaign update with have a final survey completion date. If your survey is not completed, and your shipping costs not paid by the completion date, you will forfeit your pledge payment and rewards. We will not fulfill forfeited rewards and pledge levels after the completion date.
We will make every attempt to get your rewards from our facility to your home. Packages for this campaign will come with a tracking number. Regardless of tracking numbers, sometimes packages are lost in the mail. We will notify backers with an update when the project is near completion. If you have not received your package by the completion of the shipping process, you will have an extended period of time to contact us about a missing package.
