What's going on at Boom customer service? Days on end to respond and offer to replace damaged items that turns into outright lying bullshit. I got nothing from them and I wonder if I'll ever actually receive the remaining 90% of my pledge items , and receive them not damaged, bwaha.

Hello. I received my wave 1 metal poster and it's damaged. I can't seem to find the correct way to contact someone for help. Can someone direct me to the appropriate email or phone number?
