Project Update: Good Apollo Update

Greetings, Fellow Children of the Fence!  
  
There's been a world's worth of work to get to this point, and we hope you’ve been enjoying the full experience of this collection’s visual beauty alongside its electrifying album counterpart! After all, there’s no better way to enjoy Coheed & Cambria’s epic soundscape than to watch the story unfold in your hands! 
  
We are aware that there have been many concerns from those who are missing their add-on item, The Amory Wars: Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV Ultimate Edition Hardcover, and we are working as fast as we can to address these concerns.  
  
We have been tracking all backers who are still in need of this item. Our previous distribution partner, Diamond Comics, originally filed for bankruptcy in early 2025. At that time, and indeed up until late 2026, our understanding was that we could still acquire our inventory from them. As Diamond Comics has moved through the bankruptcy process, however, they continue to hold inventory of ours, including The Amory Wars: Good Apollo, I'm Burning Star IV Ultimate Edition Hardcover, despite our legal team’s efforts. This is extremely unfortunate and something that is beyond our control and is not something that we could have reasonably planned for. 
  
As a result, we have made the decision to reprint this book to deliver on the promise made to the impacted backers and fulfill the missing item directly from us, rather than our previous distribution partner. 
  
Reprinting at this scale does require additional production time. We currently estimate delivery of this book to backers in June 2026. We understand delays are frustrating and we appreciate your patience as we continue to deliver on our resolution. With this in mind, if you need to update your address for fulfillment of this item before then, please email us at [email protected] no later than May 2026 so that we can update it accordingly. 
  
Now, though a majority of you have fully received your exclusive books and goodies (with the exception of The Amory Wars: Good Apollo, I’m Burning Star IV Ultimate Edition Hardcover), the customer service team here at BOOM! Studios HQ is still working tirelessly to clear outstanding surveys and address any last fulfillment issues before the campaign comes to its official close. 
  
For those who have been waiting on replacements for their orders due to either damages or missing shipments, please know that our fulfillment partner is working to ship them out to you as soon as possible. 
  
With that said, if there’s been an issue with your order, we’re here to help! Time is of the essence though, so be sure to raise your hands high and reach out to [email protected] at your earliest convenience for the fastest response.

Evil Ink Response

I messaged Evil Ink to see if they had an alternative way to talk to Boom about the missing items (seems like no one got GA1 as an add-on). Here is their response “ I have reached out to Boom about these issues, and they're working on getting back to everyone. There is a considerable backlog (publishers shut down during the holidays, so no one was answering emails for the last two weeks of the year), and they're working on responding to everyone now. They were hoping to answer all the emails from the break by the end of this week, so hopefully you'll hear back soon if you haven't already. If you emailed them after the latest update saying everything is shipped, it will probably be another week or so before you hear back.” I know I emailed Boom on 12/29 and 1/10 and have not gotten a response.
