Wow, we are almost already to Lotus! I won't be free today to checkup on the project so in case Lotus gets hit and we get close to Borealis by today, I wanted to start the next poll now!
I also wanted to let everyone know that I will be doing 50 backer / 100 backer / 150 backer / 200 backer freebies! I will reveal them as I am able to complete the designs! <3
If jumbos win the poll there will be 3 of them as stretch goals, and any of the current standard versions of them will be available on the next poll! If smalls win the poll there will be 5 of them as stretch goals, same with the color ways!
The final poll of the tournament was SUUUPER close, just by 1% snow ash won first place, with ShimmerWing right after! The others were also extremely close, just by a few percent!
This is the order the color ways will be unlocking, they are also now up on the stretch goals page! As you can probably see, both starburst and snow ash have been unlocked already before I could get to updating the page XD A new “all in” pledge for all 16 of the current designs have been added!
Once Borealis is close to unlocking, I will put up another poll for the stretch goals after scarab! Options would include jumbos, littles or more of the color ways that didn’t win the other polls!
Other simple merch like keychains, more sticker designs and possibly things like washi tape, prints and standees(?) 👀 will be added as I finish designs! It should be fine to not need a specific stretch goal for those!
The first rounds of polls have ended and the top 5 are selected! They will all be the next 5 stretch goals, this next poll is just determining the order they will unlock in! (All 5 will be unlocked at 40k- each stretch is the same 2.5k between each)
Starburst is already unlocked and available! (27.5k)
The winners of the other polls: A few of them won by just a small margin! There will be other chances to unlock the ones that did not win of course!
I also wanted to share some of the art I had of a few of these dragons! I had made art for them a bit back, snow ash and Borealis specifically started as oc drawings first, then i converted them to plushies! (Also snow ash is starbursts partner! I’m so glad they’re here so they could both be made and be together!)
WOW making another update because, omg, we are nearly at the end of the original planned goals??? This was way faster than I ever thought, so I will have to rush some voting for more goals! Since I do have to rush the votes, they will be on one day timers, so I apologize if anyone will miss the polls! But if funding continues like this I’m pretty confident a lot of the goals everyone wants are possible!
The first poll seems to have new color ways as the next few goals priority! ( even though I have so many planned designs, I will make five color ways get unlocked then make another poll to determine the next few goals!) For self indulgent purposes, my OC starburst will be the first color way 👉👈 At the bottom, there will be a list of the pre made designs, there will be a tournament system to get the top 5, then the order of the top 5! There will be 5 polls of 4 designs each poll!
For addressing other questions and feedback I’ve gotten from a few people, so everyone can get the info without needing to read the other comments:
- the weird issue with the back legs; I completely understand the weirdness of them looking broken! The splayed out feet were a stylistic choice, like they were doing the splits, but it turned out a bit weird in the samples. I will be having my manufacturer spread the legs more and rotate them more forward to make them look less broken, BUT I will not be changing the toes being up rather than down, for my own style purposes! I hope that doesn’t disappoint anyone in either direction!
- I will be trying to make a discord server for everyone who wanted a place to keep up to date with my plushies and talk about them with each other! It may be a while because I still need to find a capable and available mod!
- in the next possible goal poll after the first 5 color ways, I will be adding keychain sized and jumbo sized variants to the possible stretch goals!

😦we are already almost to the end of the original lineup of planned stretch goals???? That was truly the most shock and awe I've had in a while just staring at the funding climb all day ???? An unbelievably huge thank you to everyone who was just as excited about my art being made as I am! Just so amazing! 🥹
That being said, it means stretch goals past the base 10 are now going to be up for voting! First poll I want to know exactly which idea should be up first! - I have 20 colorways already designed (2 color variant for each base species!) which also includes hybrids - an idea of smaller (12inch) varieties themed after fruits - other merch like enamel pins, more keychain varieties, accessories, stationary or maybe even blanket?
