i so greatly appreciate everyone's support on this silly little idea i had! i felt i was taking a risk making plushies based on a extremely niche set of designs, but im glad people still appreciate them enough to help me fund them! and i know its been slow on the upstart for backers, so i wanted to extend the "early bird freebie stickers" to the first 25 people who pledge, so there's still 5 more people able to get these freebies!

also, another update about the samples-
the manufacturer says they fixed the problems i asked them to, but there is problems with the material i had chosen- i had wanted the Japanese mochi fabric to be used because i always loved those bouncy squishy plushies ive always seen in trips to Daiso. but this material is so malleable that the pictures make them look out of shape or overstuffed (in the case of the crocodile sample looking so plump) so i may want to change the material to make sure their shapes are perfect (matching the style is most important to me!). but i would love feedback on what people think they would love most? my next option is Minkee or fur fleece as i also have experience with them and know they are also very satisfyingly soft!
i also want to make sure these fabrics are as cuddly as possible for people with textile problems (as i very much understand the same problem myself!)

hey all! sorry for the bit of a hiccup with the exact release date/time but its official! today at 4PM PST the campaign will launch! 

i was just getting to excited and ahead of myself with a few details and just needed a bit more time to tie every last detail up! there still are a few things i need to get to but those can be handled during the campaign! such as having a pay over time option available! i really want to have better access to anyone who wants to pledge but cant pay the entire amount at once, but since the pledges will be charged after the campaign ends there will be enough time to set that up while you all dont have to miss out on the early bird rewards or pledging! 

i will also be adding a FAQ sometime soon, but as this is my very first time putting myself out here and using crowdfunding, i just dont know where to begin quite yet! i might add more FAQs as questions come in or as i research what i need to add more!

i appreciate you all for the understanding and patience as i figure everything out! im just so excited to share my love and art with the world!

Hey guys, I apologize for having to, but I need to just delay the launch by one day to make sure I’ve got everything prepared! I’ve been pretty busy in my personal life throughout the month of May, so my finish of the details have been off!

As well, my manufacturer has been semi difficult to work with in terms of giving me updates and sending me sample progress (as I ordered the first samples months ago and they still aren’t finished). I was hoping those two initial goal plushies could be done before launch, so I emailed my manu about what the status was to see if they may actually be done but me not knowing!

But I wanted to share the last samples I received from them to hopefully still keep spirits up for the babies!

so exciting! two iterations of the crocodile have been done! he looks so silly! fixes will happen, and my manufacturer says they will be making the crocodile longer than 14 inches, though i didn't get an update if the price per plush will change so hopefully i will be able to keep the current price for them even though they will be larger than expected!

the second sample iteration of the dog has also been sent and its nearly perfect! shes so close to being finished and ready for me to inspect! i hope they will be in my hands before the campaign launch so i can get lovely photos of them to put on the campaign page!

though i was informed they could not make the lumpies of the cuts on the bread, as it would be too hard to manufacture that way, but i think they still look lovely as is!

update on the fear of tariffs hitting:
so as many of you might know, pretty much everything is produced from China, plushies to pins to keychains etc. and hearing the update of the tariffs just for China are going up to 104% is really distressing. but i want to let you all know, i hope i wont have to increase the price of each plush and i will try my absolute best to figure out a different way to mitigate these tariffs by other means! i might just change the stretch goals to be further out in funding so i don't have a too unrealistic fund for each plush!
i hope and pray these tariffs will be stopped before it's too late. if you live in the US and would like to help out, please contact your representatives and state officials about trying hard to stop what is happening and express your grievances, as it is your right to protest against unfair policies! these tariffs only hurt the little people and i hope we can all come together to get through this!
as i do say this though, my manufacturer uses DDP services that pay for the fees or tariffs in the shipping process, but 104% increase is insane, so i do not expect them to cover the entire cost of that change.

hey everyone! just wanted to update on the first sample (still in progress thats why there are papers on him!) of the rye doggy! there's a lot needing to be fixed to make him perfect, and hopefully my manufacturer will be able to! im so excited for this project to happen!
