Sorry for the delay as we were preparing for UK Games Expo.  

Shipping has started in the US and in the UK and ROW we are still waiting for some of the addons to arrive in the warehouse. (Namely the 2 novels).

The warehouse gets back to fulfilling next week and they should start sending out the first wave of shipments shortly.
