Star Crossed is a two-player game about really, really wanting to, when you really, really can’t.
In Star Crossed, you and your fellow player craft characters who are powerfully attracted to each other, but have a compelling reason not to act on their feelings. Watch the attraction between them grow as you play out scenes, taking turns describing what your character says and does.Â
When your character does something that could increase that attraction, you pull a brick from an increasingly shaky Jenga tower and place it on the top.
If the tower falls, your characters act on their feelings.Â

Bully Pulpit Games has a long track record of successfully producing high-quality games. This project is modeled on our many previous successful crowdfunding projects, so we know how to manage the challenges of a campaign and deliver rewards on time.
Development: The Love Letters book text is already written, and we have everything from our contributing writers and illustrators already in hand. Editing is mostly complete and the book is in draft layout. Now it is done to the final touches and making sure everything is as perfect as we can make it.Â
Printing: We’ll be printing the books in the USA with a well-established printer. We have everything lined up and ready to go, and with our teams experience and attention to detail, we expect the project to go smoothly. That said, if there are any delays, we’ll keep you informed!
We already have a good stock of Star Crossed in our warehouse ready to go, so this time around there will be no worries about delays and increased costs with overseas shipping.Â
Shipping: We'll be using the same local fulfillment services that we recently used for our game Desperation, which went flawlessly. Inevitably a few shipments will get lost or damaged—particularly those going overseas—but we'll be following those shipments closely and making sure backers get what they ordered!
Transparency:Â Finally, we're committed to keeping you informed and being transparent about the process. If anything does go wrong, we'll let you know right away and tell you how we're going to fix it.
