We had a setback. Some of the book's content either became corrupted or was accidentally removed. We used versioning, but this data has been missing for a while. All the current editions we had needed it. The writing has been re-added, but it had to be re-edited and go through the process again, including proofreading. This has put us behind schedule.
Despite the setback, we expect to submit the book to the printer for proofing next week. We are aiming for a November shipping date, with the possibility of an earlier release.
IMPORTANT If you receive an email asking you to complete your survey, it still needs to be completed. Those emails are sent only to those who still need to finish them. If you receive such an email, please complete your survey. Time is running out.
Also, a reminder: The shipping may not show the correct value. Once you enter your address and update it, the correct amount should appear.
