Should I have received three pieces for the stand for the pin board? Both of the upright parts that I received have a notch in the bottom where it looks like a cross piece should slot in to stabilize the stand. Without that piece to connect them, the stand is very unstable, and one little bump will knock the whole thing over.
Hey, friends! Hope you're doing well. We just got some pics of some of the new pins from our manufacturer. We're super excited about how these have turned out and can't wait to get them into your hands!
We hope to have these in hand within the next two weeks so that we can start shipping all rewards out to backers. We have been hearing some reports that the tariff uncertainty and on-again off-again chaos is slowing things down on the receiving end and also hitting some small businesses with big unexpected bills to get their orders.
We plan on weathering this chaos and insanity as would befit a company named after Cthulhu... but in order to be fully transparent, the 125% tariffs threat is something we're taking seriously, as it would affect all of the new plush toys we're hoping to put out this year. The timing is rough, because we just finalized the prototype for a new UNNAMEABLE Plush, and two others are very close to the finish line.
We're hoping things settle down soon so we can just focus on bringing more awesome products to our fans vs. re-working spreadsheets and dealing with things far out of our control.
We'll let you know once the shipment of new pins arrives and update fulfillment status shortly after. We appreciate your patience and support!

We've placed our orders with all of our vendors for the NEW PRODUCT being offered during this campaign. We expect our PINBOARDS to come in first, with the NEW ENAMEL PINS that are in production overseas to arrived shortly after that. We'll share pics of the new pins off the production line as soon as we get them from our vendor... and provide an updated anticipated shipping date once we can confirm that product has been shipped.
We were able to already ship 21 backers rewards due to the fact that they included only product that was already in stock. The rest of the orders will ship after the new products come in.

In that case your survey will become available once your balance is fully paid.
