Hi everyone,
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting the Kewtie Enamel Pins project. It truly meant the world to see so many of you excited about bringing these cute little designs to life.
After a lot of thought and reflection, I’ve made the difficult decision to cancel the campaign. This wasn’t an easy choice, but it’s the right one for me at this time.
Why I'm Canceling:
A few personal life priorities have recently shifted, and I need to focus my time and energy elsewhere right now. On top of that, I’ve been monitoring changes in tariffs that would impact the production of these pins, and I’m no longer confident I can deliver them at the level of quality and affordability I promised you.

What Happens Now:
The team at BackerKit will be administering full refunds to all backers. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, and you should see them appear in the next several business days (depending on your bank or payment provider).

Project Update: Charging cards soon!
Hi everyone,
Great news—I’ve officially placed the order for the pins! I truly appreciate your patience, and I apologize for the delay. 2024 was quite a year, but we're finally moving forward. The pins should be arriving in the U.S. soon, and from there, I’ll begin the process of getting them into your hands.
Once the rewards arrive, I’ll be charging cards for shipping and any add-ons. Shortly after that, fulfillment will begin, and your pins will be on their way!
Thank you all for your support—I can’t wait for you to receive these rewards!

Project Update: Smoke test has begun!
Hi Folks!
Just wanted to give a little update. I've begun sending out the smoke tests to backers. Once the smoke test phase is done, I will send out the remaining surveys where you can select your pin choices.

Project Update: Surveys coming soon!
Hey folks!
Just posting a short update to let you know that surveys will be sent out soon. Apologies for the delay!
I am in the midst of moving homes right now so that's been my main focus during any down time outside of work. Once i'm all settled in after my move, I will begin setting up the pledge manager and work on getting those surveys sent out to you as soon as humanly possible.
Once the surveys are sent out, you will be able to select pin choices, pick up add-ons if you want 'em and give me your shipping details.

Project Update: We did it!
Now that the campaign is a wrap, you will all be charged shortly by BackerKit. During this time, you have 14 days to correct your payment details in case the payment fails.
After this time, I get paid out by BackerKit and we can get the party started. Once this occurs, I will send out your surveys where you will let me know which Kewties you want and gimme your shipping deets so I can send 'em to ya.
