How BackerKit works:
BackerKit will not charge you unless the campaign reaches its funding goal.
You can change your pledge amount at any time before the campaign ends.
Surveys will be sent out once the campaign has completed so you can pick which items you would like.

These plushies will not be ready to ship for at least 4 months after the campaign ends. We are giving ourselves a very large window for manufacturing and shipping, due to recent events and tariffs.
We will not tolerate rude messages or comments, and have the right to cancel your order if we receive any harassment. This is our first time doing any kind of crowdfunding campaign, please be patient with us.
Non-U.S. residents: You are responsible for ALL customs and/or import fees.This includes VAT for UK residents. Candy Critters is not responsible for returned parcels due to a refusal to pay fees.
Refunds and cancellations will *NOT* be accepted once the campaign ends and the funds are collected from your payment method. Do not back this project if you are experiencing financial instability.

As you may know, Chinese imports to the US are currently being tariffed upon entry. I am hopeful these tariffs will be minimized or paused by the time products are delivered to me in the FALL/WINTER. However, there is a possibility that tariffs are still an issue later this year. For this reason, I have raised plush prices on this campaign to $65. I am working with my manufacturers to make sure products arrive here safely. I greatly appreciate your patience and support during these uncertain times! ♡
Production:
Colors: The colors that you see on screenwill not be the exact same that you see on your product. Some colors may have small changes during production to achieve the desired look. All updates will be posted on BackerKit. Safety: All plush will be tested to meet toy safety standard ASTM f963 and will be properly tagged. Defects: Due to human error, defects are possible. All backers are guaranteed a standard grade item. Delays: There is always a chance for production delays. Updates will be posted to BackerKit and social media.
Refunds and Cancelations:
Refunds and cancellations are not accepted after your payment has been processed. If you do not fill out your survey within 3 months your pledge will be assumed as a donation.
IF YOUR PLEDGE IS SUCCESSFULLY COLLECTED AT THE END OF THE CAMPAIGN, IT WILL BE ASSUMED THAT YOU HAVE FULLY READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACCEPTED THE ABOVE RISKS, CONDITIONS, POLICIES AND ESTIMATED TIMELINES
