All but 14 people have answered their surveys by yesterday's deadline, which puts us at 92% survey completion. These surveys are now set to lock in about 24 hours. I need to lock everything now to make sure counts are as accurate as possible compared to what I'm ordering.

On that note, everything has been ordered! I expected some of it to take longer to discuss, but it all went so smoothly yesterday. Calendar, Coloring Book, and Comic Issue are IN PRODUCTION. Bookmarks (6-pack, Tress the Minotaur, and Cafe Chaos) are IN PRODUCTION. Stickers (Blaze and Cafe logo) and Magnet (Cafe logo) are COMPLETE AND RECEIVED.

However, you MUST fill out your survey with your shipping address (if you're ordering physical rewards) so that I know where to ship your Cafe Goodies! Digital only pledges don't need a shipping address but you can't receive your rewards until you've completed your survey.

Whew, this has already been a really busy week, and it's only Tuesday evening. I've finished the survey nearly a week ahead of schedule! Smoke Test went out just now (that's 5% of surveys to make sure everything is set up correctly). This is completely random so don't feel sad if your survey isn't in! I'll be sending all the rest of them out tomorrow evening, assuming everything goes well.

Make sure you finish your survey by October 21 to be guaranteed you're in the first wave of fulfillment! I'll be ordering all items by November 4 (some items will require more conversation to make sure they turn out correctly, so I'll be working on ordering everything through October 22 - November 4).

I've added a LOT of items from previous Cafe projects, including last year's calendars, coloring books, and stickers, as well as the TTRPG pins, stickers, and more. I hope they will find good homes!

Today I finished formatting the dates section of the calendar, as well as updated some formatting so that the images aren't cut off. All images now have a parchment-esque border so that you can enjoy the full pieces of art designed by Abi! I've also added a slim white border to the coloring pages so that they aren't cut off too much at the edges and the perforation. Everything is looking REALLY cute and I look forward to getting all these goodies out to you!

You all got me so far in this journey, and I couldn't have done it without you. Words are never enough, but I hope this REALLY BIG THANK YOU can help you understand how I feel right now! Over the next TWO WEEKS, I'll be working on the pledge manager survey and payments will begin processing for your initial pledge amount. Please feel free to ask questions, talk about the journey, or generally just hang out in the Community tab!

Over the next two weeks, BackerKit will charge the card you used in your pledge, and import your information into the pledge manager. If your payment doesn't work this first time, don't worry! You'll have multiple chances to update your card information before surveys are sent out. You'll also have a chance to update everything in the survey! There will be plenty of opportunities to make sure you get your rewards before the whole project closes for good on February 28, 2025.

Thanks to your support, this project has unlocked it's second free reward to all physical pledges: the Tress the Minotaur bookmark! She is joining the free Blaze the Phoenix sticker. Hooray!

The cover art for the calendar and coloring book are complete! Do you recognize what scene they are campaigning? I'm am SO happy with how Abi put this image together, it flows so well and really captures the personalities of each Cafe character. Let me know what you think of it!

Any leftover goodies from the Cafe TTRPG pin project will be available as limited add-ons after the post-project surveys go out. Pins, art cards, and more! Last year's goodies from the 2024 Calendar are still available at DragonWoodshop.com at heavy discount, and some items may also become available during the surveys.
