I'm so so sorry I have been forgetting to post updates here! I'm rather consistent on social media platforms like instagram, twitter, and bluesky- but I really do need to update here more!!

So as far as the Vox gacha is concerned, I would like to update you on what has been going on and what the status is!

In the beginning of the year, after the campaign ended, I ran into a few problems. There were several people who hadn't paid, and actually there is one invoice still pending.

They went into production with my Vox and Alastor Overlord pins, but this manu was not the best at all. They provided no updates when I asked, stating that it was "Trade secrets" and they were unable to give me photos. After being ghosted, I actually just abandoned that manufacturer and sought out someone else.

I ended up having to self fund the entire set all over again, which took a lot of time and effort. T_T

The pin set is complete at this time, but it is bundled with my latest Overlord Valentino pin. I'm having the company fix one of the details on that pin, and I've decided to add screen printed smoke over the very subtle pearl swirl.

I'm submitting the updated revision for that today or tomorrow, and once the manu is finished, the entire order will be shipping to me. There were many pins included in that order (Val overlord, Vox overlord 2.0, vox gacha, chibi shark vox)

I've attached images of the pins that are coming to me from this manufacturer for your viewing. 
- Overlord Vox (silver variant) and Overlord Alastor are complete
- Overlord Val needs the added screen printing as mentioned above
- Gacha series and Chibi Vox pin are complete

 
I'm moving in a few days out to the west coast, so when the pins are complete, I will have them shipped to me to distribute to you all.

Also! That being said, I do see that there are two individuals whose payments were unable to go through still. 

If the payment doesn't go through when the pins are ready to ship, sadly I won't be able to offer these to you! I'm so sorry.

I already had to self fund the entire second reprint myself, and I just can't afford to lose out on more T_T

Please be sure to check your payment methods so that you can get your pins!

Again, this should be shipping to me next month.

Just wanted to touch base - 

The campaign has officially ended. Please make sure to complete the survey that was sent out. Doing so in a timely manner will allow me to collect the remaining funds and start production of the pins.

About 50% of the backers still need to complete the survey.

Hi everyone!!

Thank you all who have participated in the project!! I just want to touch base on a few things.

Firstly, I will be placing the order for the gacha in a few days, so if you haven't updated your payment method, *please do so*. I will have to cancel these orders as the payments were originally collected 1/15, and then extended a few times since then. We might also not be able to get Priest Vox. I might be able to self fund them, but they won't be included in full set guarantees.

Second, Surveys should be sent out soon. I'm working with a backerkit helpdesk person to ensure these go out in a timely manner.

Finally, I wanted to update you on shipping! As it stands, I do not know how heavy the pins will be, and each person has a varying amount of pins ordered. When I have the pins in hand, I will weigh them and collect payment for shipping at that time. I'll give you about a 2 week window so that you can get the funds together. US domestic shipping shouldn't be bad at all. 

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. If you are having problems with payment methods, please let me know ASAP. My deadline is 2/12, after which I'll have to place the order.

Good afternoon!

I was contacting you all in regards to the BackerKit campaign for my Vox TV Man Gacha!

As it stands, there are still four people who have pledges that were unable to be charged. The payment method needs to be updated so we can finish this campaign.

I sent out a message last week, stating that I was extending the deadline until 2/7, which is when I hope to order these items.

If you are unable to pay by this deadline, I will have to cancel your pledge to my campaign, and we may not be able to have as many unlocked variants.

If you need more time, PLEASE let me know ASAP. I will give you one more extension.

However, if you do not pay during that time, I will not allow you to order future campaigns.
