I'm also interested in knowing the UK delivery date as my local gaming shop now has the book in stock. It's now 18 months since the campaign and while I'm pleased to have the digital content, it's disheartening to see more and more places selling the physical item before backers get their hands on it.
Hi Jaque, all the games are in UK customs at the moment. Our fulfillment partner for the UK, Europe, and the rest of the world is in the UK. We apologize for the fact that games hit retailers before they made it to you. Honestly this was a learning curve we hadn't anticipated. We sent the games to the port for fulfillment at the same time we sent them to our European distributors. This was my call. I assumed (obviously incorrectly) that doing so would get them to the UK and Europe at the same time. Unfortunately, for reasons we still don't understand the games to backers were not placed on the first or even second ship we were told they would depart on. Rage was about the only emotion we felt but there was literally nothing we could do at that point beyond making the phone calls that we did. We are still learning in this space and we will do better in the future. I offer my deepest apologies to our backers who haven't received their games yet. As a backer of other games I fully understand this frustration.
Thanks for the update, Jonathan. It's part of the perils of crowdfunding, and hopefully lessons can be learned for future projects. Still looking forward to getting my hands on rewards when customs clear them. Will try to resist the temptation to covet the shop's copies until then.
