Hello and happy holidays!

As you read this, we will be sending out a pledge manager for you to complete your Cephalofair Holiday Sale orders. We are sorry it took so long to get the pledge manager ready, but we will be doing everything we can to process your orders as quickly as we can and get them sent out.

To that end, we ask you to review and complete your pledge manager (a separate Backerkit email) at your earliest possible convenience. This is a necessary step, as taxes and shipping will be added in the pledge manager, and you will need to approve those before we can process the full payment.

We will be processing completed orders and uploading the information to our shipping partners twice a day, so the sooner you complete your order, the sooner it will get into the fulfillment system. Once there, orders typically get shipped out within 1-2 business days.
With this quick turnaround time, we will not be able to make changes to pledges, so please double-check your cart and address before submitting your order!

Please note that as listed during the holiday sale, Frosthaven and Jaws of the Lion are shipping from the US only. If you are outside the US and add either of these items to your cart, your shipping costs will be much higher.
